My husband and I went last Friday. They were not open for dinner yet, but were nice enough to let us sit at the bar for drinks. They opened 20 minutes after, so we decided to have appetizers. I had the curried mussels which were delicious. My husband had the oysters on a half shell. We booked a weekend, and had to leave Saturday morning because my husband got shellfish poisoning, confirmed by his Dr.
Today marks a week, and he is in the E.R. as I type this. ...

This was my second time to Kingsley Tavern. They have great food. The staff is always friendly. The food came out quick. I had a mixed drink that was very good. The place was very clean. Got seated right away. I will definitely go back, if you are ever in the Kent area it is worth stopping in.

Nice place, friendly waitress. We wandered in off the AT just as they opened @4:30 and has a burger and the French dip. Both very tasty and the additional bacon came in 4 large thick strips. Lots of fries. Plenty of ice water, and they offered to fill our reservoirs. They subbed the chips that came with the French dip for a salad with no up charge! Prices a bit higher than older Google photos. Thanks!
