Horrible customer service. You have to call multiple times for them to answer the phone. Nor do they even look in your direction when showing up to pick up the food. Never ordering there again.
Just took home the NY strip and shrimp combo. I ordered medium rare but got well done on both the steak and the shrimp. The portion of rice was about 80% of the plate. The salad is usually just a little iceberg with a thin slice of tomato but the dressing makes it. This time it tasted like a ketchup mayo mix. I think I'm done.
It took over 2 hours to get my order. I record a text that my food was ready and still waited 2 hours at the restaurant. Many others waited as long as well.
