I attended the Sourdough baking workshop and it was extraordinary! Stephanie is an amazing baker and also a kind and patient teacher. I left the 3.5 hour class feeling ready to try sourdough baking on my own. It was more than just baking, she really explained the science, history and experience of baking sourdough in such an interesting way. We also got to taste some of her bread and some local jams and honey along with it. I can't say enough about how wonderful it was....
