This was our first visit, and unfortunately, the service left us disappointed.
We were a party of three, and when our server first came to the table, she asked only two of us what we wanted to drink and did not acknowledge my wife. After receiving our drinks, we waited 10–15 minutes before our order was taken.
While waiting, we noticed other couples being seated, greeted promptly, offered drinks, and given bread in a timely manner. Our table received bread much later than surrounding tables.
After our food arrived, it was about 15–20 minutes before the first check-in. By that time, I had finished my meal while the rest of my party was halfway through theirs.
I understand it was Valentine’s Day, and holidays can be busy. However, the restaurant did not appear overcrowded, and other tables seemed to be receiving more consistent attention.
Our server (a tall woman with long blonde hair — we didn’t catch her name) appeared attentive to other tables but less so to ours.
We were looking forward to trying this restaurant, but unfortunately, our first impression was not a positive one.

The food was good, waiters were good, but the manager was soooooooo rude and management didn’t care ( I tried to contact management to complain and I can’t) bad management for corporations partying.
Got the Atlantic salmon. Food was actually pretty good. Salmon was juicy. Although for 40 dollars I wish I got more potato wedges
For a restaurant of this caliber being served in martini in a rocks glass is just tacky. Lobster bisque was good not spectacular and no pieces of lobster in it food was all fresh Waiter was attentive.

When you fine dine you’re paying a premium to get high quality food. This does not meet the expectation at all. Food was dry and over cooked. Service and atmosphere were excellent.

Went to this restaurant with a friend last nite. Explained to the waitress JENNIFER that I had a severe seed allergy and I couldnt have seeds on the bun of what I ordered...and ordered a burger with only grilled onion and mushrooms PLEASE...food comes over with a huge what looked like a rotted tomato on it and I told the waitress I couldnt have that. She asked me to SCRAP OFF THE SEEDS and gamble with my life. I asked 2 different times to talk to the manager each time she told me she went back to get him but he was in a meeting or the 2nd time was busy....when I called the manager this a.m. he was unaware and never knew about the situation. Very unprofessional and unorganized restaurant and clearly not aware of the legalities of being responsible for the allergies u tell your staff about....this is the only steakhouse at this casino and arguably their best restaurant..ive had better customer service at jersey Mike's and havent had nearly as terrible of staff....employees lying and neglecting fatal allergies is beyond terrible thanks for my 0 star service when your mission statement in 5 star service....im waiting on how they can fix this....pending

Food and service were top tier! My one critique would be please more onions!!! I ordered french onion soup & later on ordered a side of mushrooms and onions, both of which were severely lacking in the amount of onions which is pretty disappointing because those dishes are centered around onions. Besides my wish for more onions, everything was perfect!

The food was good. Most of it was cooked perfectly, my son’s lamb chops needed to be sent back for a little more time, they were raw.
The service was great. At first we thought our waitress was named Karen, but she ended up being wonderful.
If you’re looking for an elegant dinner experience, this is probably not the place. Be prepared to spend an elegant amount of money while people in hoodies, blue jeans, and ball caps walk by. If you’re going to allow this, at least throw some potatoes and asparagus on the plate with the steak!

Cedars Steakhouse presents itself as a fine dining destination, but the reality is the exact opposite. It's a poorly executed, overpriced, operation that fails on the fundamentals.
The only reason this review receives any stars, instead of zero, is due to our server, Wendy. She was professional, attentive, and clearly trying to compensate for systemic issues well beyond her control.
The food was unacceptable for the price point. My wife and I each had the filet mignon. The steak looked and tasted more like processed meat than a true steakhouse offering. Fries arrived cold, and the asparagus was so overcooked it had to be sent back. When it returned, the kitchen simply added new pieces on top of the old ones. On the same plate!! That alone reflects a complete lack of quality control.
The dining room atmosphere was equally disappointing. Rather than refined or composed, the space felt chaotic and low-rent. Staff moved aimlessly through the room carrying oversized trays and carts with no sense of flow or professionalism. At one point, a platter of oysters was placed directly on the dining floor in front of us because the man carrying them dropped something else and had to retrive it. I couldn't believe my eyes! Something I would never expect to see in any restaurant, let alone one charging premium prices.
This dinner was meant to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and instead it was awkward, embarrassing, and a waste of what should have been a special evening.
Cedars charges like a luxury steakhouse but operates like a careless chain. Spend your money and your time elsewhere.

Yesterday I visited this restaurant with my husband and two children. When we arrived, a young woman kindly told us the wait would be about 30 minutes. We agreed since we didn’t have a reservation.
After the 30 minutes passed, I went back inside and was told our table was almost ready. However, more time passed and no one ever notified us. The person who initially helped us was no longer there, and the manager — a short man with a beard — assisted us instead. Unfortunately, his attitude was rude and unprofessional.
What bothered me the most was being left waiting with two excited children and receiving no explanation at all. If there was no table available, it would have been much more respectful to simply say so.
We ended up leaving and going to High Roller, where we received excellent service and delicious food — the complete opposite of this experience.
Good customer service is about communication and respect. Sadly, this was very disappointing.

Found piece of wood in my burger.
Drove over an hour for their Christmas Menu.
No where on the menu does it say it doesn't start until 4:30. Nor does it say anything on the website. Website says Christmas hours are 11:30-10:00.
Yet you don't serve the Christmas Menu during your Christmas hours. No wonder the place is EMPTY!
Their regular menu isn't worth it and is not that good, figured the Christmas menu would be good.
Thanks for ruining my Christmas plans!
But at this point I wouldn't expect anything else from a Foxwoods owned restaurant.
Prime rib was juicy and tender. Lobster tail was just the right size. Could have had more toppings on the loaded baked potato (not shown).

Hi all... SKIP this breakfast with Santa! I reserved on 11/12 with no menu posted for 11/29. On 11/28 i saw the menu posted and noticed it was $65/pp age 5 and over!!!! I called at 2pm on 11/28 to see if I can cancel and they said no, it was less than 24 hours in advance, i would have to pay $25/pp fee. This is not right seeing how when I booked it nowhere did it have the menu or prices. It wasn't even noted that it was a buffet. Also, while the omelet station and food in the warming dishes was good, the food that the chefs prepared and had sitting on the shelf was old and hard as a rock. We tried the croissants at two different times and both were hard and stale, and the pancakes were hard and stale as well, completely inedible. Not at all what I expect for $30/pp never mind the whopping $65! My bill was less for dinner at Hells Kitchen and that was delicious and service outstanding!
Re: service- the hostess didn't even talk- no hello, no explanation of how the buffet worked, no one even offered to take photos of the fam with Santa which for over $200 for 2 adults and a small kid I expected at the minimum.

Cedars was decent. The staff was friendly and the food was okay. As someone who enjoys a good steak with a little bit of fat, a tomahawk was ordered. More than 3/4 was solid fat through and through. The little bit that was edible was tough. (Ordered Medium Rare).
As we made our way back to the room and went to enjoy some leftovers, we noticed half were not in the bag. Disappointed but would try them again in the future.
An anniversary dessert was provided and was delicious
