Food isn't fit for a canine never-ending for a human
I stopped here to catch the end of the Eagles game after dinner. The large screen is really cool. We sat down and a server came over right away. We only ordered a couple drinks but our server was still very attentive and checked on us. Overall great spot to watch the game! Go birds! 🏈🦅

Review of DraftKings Management
I initially signed up for DraftKings over a year and two months ago, enticed by the promise of a $300 welcome bonus upon placing a $20 wager. Additionally, I participated in the referral program by referring my wife, expecting to receive the corresponding referral bonus. However, instead of receiving these bonuses, both my account and my wife's account were inexplicably restricted.
Despite my numerous attempts to resolve this issue, DraftKings failed to provide any response or redress for an entire year. The process of reopening my account was fraught with inconvenience and frustration. Once reopened, I refrained from spending any money, focusing instead on addressing my unresolved welcome bonus claim. In what appeared to be retaliatory action, my account was restricted again merely five hours later. Alarmingly, DraftKings diverted the conversation to my mental health rather than addressing the core grievance concerning my consumer rights, which were evidently neglected.
The customer service experience was notably lacking. Attempts to reach a live representative were met with foreign-based support that lacked the empathy and care necessary to effectively address my concerns.
In light of these experiences, I strongly advise against investing time or money with DraftKings. Their inability to uphold consumer rights and provide satisfactory customer service is concerning.

Last night we were served by Nicolette at the Bar who was awesome. We came back for some happy hour appetizers and we could not have asked for a better server in Colton. He was attentive and kind and we hope to see him again on our next visit!

We just had the worst experience of our lives here. @ 10 o'clock this evening my husband and I went to DraftKings for some food. We ate the girl brought us our check, gave her my debit card she took it to the back. When she came back she said just sign the top. It looked strange to me because there was no where to put a total or a tip. So I specifically asked our server is this ok because I wanted to leave you a tip also. It was $38.65 I left a 7 dollar tip making it $45.65 signed the top of the paper like she said. I again said are you sure this doesn't look right? She said where is the other paper I stated this is the only one you gave me, she said the other one must of fallen off the tray your good have a good night. We left. Went to our room went to bed. At approximately 12:30 I woke up to aggressive pounding on the door stating he was hotel security refused to show any kind of identification. We asked if he could have the front desk call us to confirm he was security. He said we were at DraftKings and left without paying if we didn't open the door he would call the police. I frantically tried contacting hotel security on my cell phone. While he continued to demand we open the door or else. Security did confirm it was a security officer outside our room and that the bill was not paid. I looked at my bank app and confirmed the transaction did not go through. Meantime now there is 2 police officers outside my hotel room. I told them I would call my card in to restaurant but I was not handing this crazy lunatic pounding on my door my debit card. We said that we would go to the restaurant first thing in the morning and take care of it. I really don't understand what the waitress did when she took my debit card to the back. We were treated like criminals for something the restaurant clearly fumbled on. We are here for 4 more nights and the hotel takes your credit card upon check in. I just think there was a better way of handling the situation that occurred. Such an unsettling feeling and a very overwhelming experience. We are now sitting here hearts beating, and emotionally confused of what has just happened.

Went here to eat for the first time and the food was delicious! I had the turkey club with a Cesar salad for the side. Delicious! It’s so hard to find a good salad that isn’t all just the thick stem of iceberg lettuce this one was nice and dark green shaved Parmesan croutons and my favorite part the dressing! Loved it so much I ordered a salad to go before we left Foxwoods and it’s huge!

Tried to get a table for a UFC card and were told we had to spend $400 on food/drinks to stay. That’s also not including betting on the app or at the table. We walked away and found out from another bartender that they don’t allow other bats in the casino to show the fights and then charge guests a fortune apparently on top of it. We went elsewhere and watched the main event from the lobby instead.

We stopped here quickly to grab something to eat before a show. We got a table right away and our waitress was awesome. We told her we had limited time and she brought our apps out right away, was super attentive, and closed out our bill quickly, getting us on our way for the show. Food was good and in line with casino pricing, without being too over the top. The atmosphere is definitely sports, so it's a great place if you want to watch ANY game, since they are all playing on the biggest screen I've ever seen, at the same time.

Lame service. Too cool to serve too busy to acknowledge you. Leaving a tab open is too much. Felt like a burden
Great spot for drinks , food, sports. Early and late happy hours..
All my teams winning. No cash out available. Cant even talk to customer service.
Stopped in to watch a NCAA game with a side of hockey. Grabbed some chili and a whalers rise. The chili was excellent, the whalers rise was cold and delicious. The service I received was exceptional. I will definitely be back when in the area.
Watch out for these theives. No wonder why people avoid Foxwoods, Mohegan is much better and 10 minutes closer! You can see great shows for free. Foxwoods offers..... nothing
