I give service a 2 star because after getting my jelly donut I went back to the room only to find it was raw inside. The staff asks if I want another corrects himself and says another kind. He tells the girl and she says that's cause of the jelly. This is farthest from the truth as the dough was literally raw away from the jelly. They continue to sell them right now instead of pulling the rack. Bad business quality control. Dunkin needs to train people on food born illness and what to do when quality has been compromised.

Frequently stop serving food because Night shift/3rd shift could not be bothered to setup the food station for morning shift, so morning manager stops food for a period if time

Dunkin is a quick stop, or a nice place to enjoy your breakfast drink accompanied with a bagel or breakfast sandwich.

I went to Dunkin today, I ordered 4 orders of bagel bites, a bacon wake wrap, hash browns, orange juice, and apple juice.
The customer service was horrible, I was waiting at the counter for my food and a total of 4 workers looked at me and ignored me. Nobody asked me if I was waiting for anything. The store manager with the blue shirt even looked at me and did not ask if I was waiting on anything. It’s the fact that I had to ask about my food after being deliberately ignored is what frustrated me. The worker who was working at the sandwich station even ignored me and started making herself a bagel with cream cheese and walked away from the station. I wasn’t even given my apple juice or orange juice when I finished paying, I had to again ask if they could get it. Very disappointed in the customer service.

Stopped in for a medium iced coffee. Dunkin s is the only coffee for me. Didn't want anything to eat but the offer the biggest selection of donuts and bagels you've ever seen. Thanks for that. So if your in the area stop on in you won't regret it.

Grand pequot I waited for 20 minutes in line when I got to the order I wanted 3 munchkin and they told me I would have to order 10 also when questioned about the wait the woman stated they were short staff but there was six people behind the counter 2 standing around . I also have visited before and it was 24 hrs but they told me they were closed for cleaning at 1030 PM and it would be 3 hrs before they opened back up this was 2 other times. People also left due to the wait.

There is one girl in there who is on the ball every day, gets me in and out real quick perfectly ,a clean cup of coffee made correctly... if only the others in there were as good as her you would have got a five star

Arrived at 12:15a to an open 24/7 DD and they were closed until 1a. They had nothing as far as donuts out, and when I ordered 3 sandwiches and 2 orders of hash browns, the cashier woman rolled her eyes and then apologized to the woman making the food. Why? It made me feel awkward and a bother.
