Question for the owner(s) of this location. Why are you denying cups of ice water to people? I asked for a large plastic cup with ice and water and was told you can only sell bottle water. Why? I said i would pay what ever the price is and was told they can only serve bottle water. Can you not pour the water in the cup with ice? Is there something wrong with your tap water? I would like a response to this please.

My husband went to the Gales ferry Dunkin’ Donuts this morning, and ordered an iced chai with less ice and almond milk and ended up with an iced chai with espresso in it. This is the second time they have added the espresso to the chai, which I did not ask for. At over five dollars a drink you think they would make it correctly. Unfortunately, you can call the number and you always get that The line is busy. Either they have many complaints coming in or they have their phone off either way very frustrating

I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese extra sausage on a plain bagel, large iced coffee four caramel two mocha four cream, four liquid sugar an all that was good but the order of Hash Browns i ordered was horrible they were smushed burnt and just not handled with care at all. Your food quality has gone way down get it togeather.

Went to get an iced latte after work today. Arrived at the speaker around 6:20 pm . I was told I couldn't get it because the latte machine was down for the night seeing as how they close soon at 7. As a former employee of dunkin from years past I know this is not protocol. Those machines are supposed to stay open until the store is closed. Totally frustrating. I ended up taking my business else where.

It’s Dunkin so the donuts are edible but not great like a local bakery would be. It did the job of filling my belly.
Dunkin is a fail. You need to go back to being Dunkin' Donuts because coffee and Donuts were the only thing's "Dunkin" used to be good at, and even they aren't what they used to be.
