My kids and I are so sad because we didn't get the donuts we ordered online. We got donuts that we don't like. My kids don't want them because when they arrived the employee said that there are only these donuts. Buy from you again.

Do not waste your time a d go in there. The manager is rude and more worried about flirting with his under age workers. 2nd, I asked for a cup I was told rudely by the manager no.i said okay can I please by a large tea black with tea bag on side. He told me no because you don't actually want the tea you want the cup. After paying for my 13.00 order, I left it there because I will not entertaine a crawly establishment.. just saying go to the other dunkins they will treat you like you matter. By the way the manager there is like 50 years old and was helping the girl fix her shirt...that's what I mean by under age..gross gross gross

first off, they made my coffee wrong then where they went to fix it they just added espresso. Mix it with a spoon mind you I already drink from it so that’s cross-contamination and they should’ve just in my drink from the beginning instead employee argued with me told me I couldn’t get my money back and told me he made my coffee like I asked him to do he did it because it tasted like milk so then I called the manager because he said he couldn’t do the return so now I have the manager she use the same spoon that he makes my coffee with so it still contaminated and it tasted the same way as his I mean every day, Customer but not at your location it’s on 32 so I’m used to getting my usual and it did not taste like my usual. I believe the espresso should be brewed at the time of my purchase instead brewing it God knows how long ago and putting the incorrect amount of espresso I am not happy with the service today and I’m still not happy with the coffee is still sitting in my fridge tasting like milk I got to say every time I go to your location the service is terrible and the employees have an attitude if they’re not happy there they shouldn’t be working there

Do not even try the kiosk to order! The employees are helpful and can take your order better than the.kiosk ever can. Great Donuts, fritters, etc., and coffee is perfect. Highly recommend!
