Never in my LIFE have I paid $36 for 1 pizza. We order from this place all the time and have years. We did a large make your own pizza that starts at $18 (according to website), with 4 toppings (price not listed per item) of spinach, ricotta, bacon, and onions. Didn’t say how much it was over the phone but I figured can’t be too high, the delivery fee is only $2. Went to my bank account to find this pizza was $36…we should’ve cancelled honestly. Definitely the last time we’re ordering because clearly we can no longer afford it, this was just crazy.

The waitress was wonderful and courteous. But the food quality was horrible and burnt. After requesting a remake of my meal I later went home to throw up the shrimp quesadillas , and had a high fever and chills .

They’re plenty of good things to say about Fireside. The service, the food, even the music! Fireside easily became one of my favorite places to dine at. It’s such a beautiful establishment with amazing owners. Even the servers are amazing. The days i’ve been I was served by 2 amazing ladies. Patricia and Chloe. Extraordinary servers and their patience was amazing. Truly a great experience all around. The food is exactly what you’d want. In my opinion the crisp is the New Haven staple. Great restaurant.

The wonderful people that work and run things are amazing with our kiddos and the service has been stellar. I literally can’t name one thing that has gone wrong since we started making this our regular stop and I don’t expect there to be one in the future.

I’ve been to Fireside Pizza several times in the past year, tonight might be my last. First of all person on the phone couldn’t hear me and was very unprofessional. Arrived home 10 minutes later and the pizza was cold and the crust was burnt that we couldn’t even eat it. Very disappointing experience.
