I miss the one pound burgers, now I have to buy 2 half pounders and it's more expensive. I have no complaints with the food other than the one pounders being taken off the menu.

They refused to honor my $40 gift card, because they said they changed machines and it won’t accept it. The manager was called over and she said they won’t take gift cards from 2 years ago. I thought it was illegal not to accept a gift card. There is not supposed to be an expiration date! They got free money without any services!! We didn’t use it during Covid and the one near our house closed down. We are vacationing near this Fudruckers, and thought it would be nice to use our gift card here. This was a gift to us and we should have been able to use it. And we have been at this place to eat several times. I won’t go there again unless they honor this card.****Update:: Despite my calls to the corporate office, it has been several weeks and no one has called me back or responded to my email. Not even once!

Manager was rude. Order was completely wrong. Charged for things I didn't get. Then basically told it was my problem. Do Not Waste your time or money on this place while at casino. Terrible terrible food and service

Went 10 mins after they opened waited in line for over 10 mins. Due to having one person taking orders . Waited over 40 mins for food that was sub par at best . My Grilled chicken sandwich was so dry and for the extra money I paid for cheese it was just slapped on and not even melted . The bun was nothing to write home about either . Fries were hot but soggy . The condiment station was not stalked for just being opened. No utensils or ketchup . Chicken tenders were ok . Shakes were the only thing worth the money . For the money we payed we would not go back .

Great burgers, but they need to be open on their old hours like they used to be. Long lines and only open on weekends.
some of the places inside are a bit on the expensive side but this place is clean,good service,and good quality. We enjoy the place and come here quite a few times. a good place to stop and the kids will love it as well.

I went here as a kid because food was amazing in westport ct. We got 4 burgers for take out the food was cold and pink. Will never go here again.
