Went today for lunch. Ordered the crab roll. Disgusting pile of mayonnaise on a toasted hot dog bun. Will never go back to this overpriced dump with Hollywood glazing to support a distant celebrity owner. Go somewhere else on site and don’t support this fraud.

I went twice to try different foods. The Wagyu meatballs were horrible. Very dense and hard though the sauce was delicious. Then had the Beef Wellington. It had a awful after taste. The sticky toffee pudding and the strawberry rhubarb was excellent. The scallops were excellent. The lobster risotto is not a do again. Bland. As Gordon Ramsey would say more salt.

Was by far one of the best meals I have ever had. I started with the corn soup which was great, followed by the beef Wellington which was Devine, also got to try the sirloin and the short ribs from my family’s plates, both equally incredible. And for a birthday dessert they brought me a sticky toffee pudding which I devoured as well. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend and will go again.

Don't waste your money and time. Food is basic and over priced. Service sucks. Wait time between apps and entree 45 mins. See ya later.

My husband and I went here last night (6/20/225) for Our anniversary as I have always wanted to go. We had an absolutely amazing time! The food was perfect! Some of the best food we have EVER had at a restaurant. My husband got the beef Wellington & a side of Mac and cheese with prosciutto on top. I
got the crispy skin salmon. Both were cooked impeccably and it is the first time in 10 years that my husband cleaned his entire plate, including the vegetables, and did not have one criticism at all. My salmon was absolutely amazing and cooked to perfection. I was a little nervous because I absolutely do not like curry however, the green curry and whatever they did to this plate made everything taste so so good. Perfectly crispy skin. We were both too full to order dessert, but because it was our anniversary, they brought over a complementary sticky toffee pudding!! Let me tell you both of us were quite full, but not full enough to not IMMEDIATELY DEVOUR that sticky toffee pudding!! The ice cream that goes on top of that dessert…I literally would break my own arm to get. It’s unbelievable. Are waiter also look like Bradley Cooper, and was so attentive and funny Oh, again, even my husband complimented on how great the service was. (NEVER HAPPENS- EVER) It was also awesome to see them yelling out the orders and to see the actual head chef I watched win Hell’s kitchen on TV working there, and talking to the customers with a big smile on his face, Was just really, really nice. I will also give a big shout out to their bus boy because who was ever working the high top section Was an amazing bus boy! You would blink and he would be over refilling your water, making sure you have the right silverware, busing the tables SO FAST.. As someone who was a server for 14 years, I know how much that hard work is appreciated. Both my husband and I left extremely satisfied so much though that I even bought a shirt. I am so happy we picked this place for our anniversary dinner, I would recommend it to anyone, and I can’t wait to go back!!

Overpriced cafeteria. incredibly loud seating offered horrible. One table chairs low table high incredibly uncomfortable and then moved to an indented portion of a bar style area which felt like we were sitting in someones bathtub. Gorden Ramsey should fire himself for this experience

Bad organized place. Waiting for meal over an hour. Waiters just stood without any work. Cooks work hard, but Chinese manager screams at them, "what's wrong?!!?". So my beef villington shell was uncooked dough inside... we were sitting at chefs counter at foxwoods, and we could see how one of the waiter with many braids cleaned his teeth with his fingers for at least for 1 minute, just wiping them on his clothes. It's look disgusting. There are too many people do nothing.. the couple next to us was waithing for their meal, instead they gave them des ert menu..Coffee and cake were good. I feel I will get better service in IHOP or some other cafeteria chain restaurants.

I love watching Gordon Ramsay shows and have to try his restaurant.. I was not let down. Just the experience with the quality of the food, the service was outstanding and the atmosphere was like no other. The beef Wellington came with potato pure and it was so delicious. Seared scallops and wagyu meatballs were out of this world. I will definitely be going back.

The service was non existent. Where is the candle on the table? A wait staff that checks in on your dining. The food took long; wait then when I grab the waitress she says it is made fresh. When the food arrives it is cold and OMG super salty!! Hunt her down again and she's also thats the way it is suppose to be. Really cold food? Prime rib was super fatty. The deserts were ok. I paid, we left. I returned to ask the general Mgr why the coconut desert was not smoking with the dry ice experience, he said we don't do that here. I mean really? Shame on you, the staff and the food! Gordon Ramsey should visit his own restaurant and teach them!!!

Service started out excellent and as our meal continued, our service got sparse and was difficult to track someone down. The risotto was excellent! The scallops were a disappointment, they did not have any flavor and mine were raw inside - I have watched Hell's Kitchen for years and Chef Ramsay would not have been happy. My niece had the broccolini and they were not good, a really big disappointment. The beef wellington was good, but not excellent. The cod dish my husband really liked, but two of us thought it could have been a lot better. We have always wanted to go to Hell's Kitchen and I am very happy I got to go, but I expected better from years of watching the show.

Service was terrible. Food was okay, although the short ribs my siblings ordered were delicious. For the standards that are expected Justin should not have been hard to find, and shirt half unbottoned. It did not feel high end or worth the hype. Though the quality of food was better, overall the experience was conparable to a local Applebees.
