Been here 3 times. Tonight was by far the worst yet! Nachos were cold, and chips were completely absorbed with queso and liquid/pico sauce. 1 big chunk of unflavored pork to be cut up and shared among us. The Ribs were awful tasted like boiled pork slathered with BBQ. No texture and No sear ! 🤮 Most of all it he $40 12oz NY Strip ., where do I start. Worst cut of meat I’ve ever seen disguised as NY strip. Roughly 8oz of gristle/fat and maybe 4 oz of sub par meat. Seasoned with a dirty grill and spatula was truly a disgrace for that kind of money. Whatever the loaded potato’s were , they were trash too. Loaded? No bacon , some cheese sauce and Purple fingerling potatoes that looked and tasted like 3 days ago reheat. Broccolini? Way overcooked ,puke green with no flavor. Kid’s burger was OK. But not $20 ok. 5 guys a better burger all day. Service was great but unfortunately didn’t make up for the awfulness of the food. This kitchen needs an overhaul! Very disappointed and I will spend my money elsewhere in the future. ! To be touted by Guy Fieri as something iconic ,instead this was a 1 star food with 5 star service. Never again Guy .!

One of THE WORST meals I ever had. Chicken lacked flavor and was pink. Tasted really weird like a clay taste. Expensive and not worth it at all, just getting by on the name. Extremely slow service

My wife and I Ordered nachos and a side of Brussel sprouts and 2 drinks each came to $100. Brussel sprouts were horribly soggy, we didn’t even eat them. The dis was still full, we didn’t even eat them and the server said nothing.. Bathrooms didn’t even have soap in them.

Wish I went to flavor town, but unfortunately I was brought to Lackluster Hair Burgerville.
For the cost of food I am quite disappointed.

Staff was fine, nothing to write home about or on here. I think Homeboi rolled his eyes at me a time or two.

Well we must say that we will probably never be back after this last visit we had we usually come up to the casino which is about a good three hour drive up and back for us we always loved going there but sad to say this time basically blew it out of the water, my wife and I decided to order lunch we wound up ordering the Buffalo egg rolls which were very great as an appetizer then we decided to place an order for our main meal or entree my wife decided to order the 12 ounce steak and we asked for it to be medium with that being said it totally came out basically very raw and rare so we decided to have our waiter kindly look at it and he took it back so usually when that happens we would hope that they would redo the whole meal but sad to say this didn't happen they basically took the steak back cooked it then when we got it back everything else was cold so basically they just slapped it on the grill or stove or wherever they decided to cook it and then send it back with all the vegetables totally cold. So moving forward I decided to order a bacon cheeseburger cook medium sad to say it came out I took a bite into it and it was worse than the steak that my wife ordered so I kindly let the gentleman know but I asked for medium he looked me in the face and said yes you did I said does this look medium to you he says not even close, not to mention never even got the bacon that I ordered for as well, now when you eat at certain locations or certain restaurants we won't leave a name they will actually ask you to cut into it to see if it's cooked to your liking or perfection and I'm sorry to say this did not happen but what's even more upsetting is we paid $100 gave him a $20 tip but personally in my opinion we should have been refunded all of our money or compted for something which we never got and it's very disappointing to charge that much money for someone and get nothing to our liking in any way now when the drinks came out to the table I kindly asked the gentleman for no lemon and any of my soda or water comes out with everything loaded with lemons so basically everything and anything about our stay was horrible except for the Buffalo egg rolls. For the price that you guys charged us meaning the company that is very sad but looking at all your other reviews I guess the problem keeps persisting maybe you might want to look into changing the cook or somebody else but to serve somebody that and then pull the stunt that they did by just throwing the steak back on the grill and coming back with everything cold sad to say we chose not to eat the rest of it because we already waited a good hour to begin with pictures are provided below we were kind enough to give the gentleman a tip but sad to say I'm deeply that I did leave him a tip so next time when we come to the casino we we'll definitely not be giving our money back to a company that provide service like this, if you think this is a good way to treat your customers well im sorry you will not do so well

Stopped in to grab an appetizer on a Friday afternoon, it wasn't very busy but service seemed to take a bit. We settled with trash can nachos as that seemed to be mentioned in reviews and it wasn't that good, minimal amount of meat and overly cheesed making it cheesy chips, not really what we expected from this dish.

First time there and the food was bland, no flavor. I had the Cajun bbq salmon and the smoke house rib. Cole slaw taste like jst cabbage out the bag no seasoning, Mac & cheese and cornbread from the store. Everything was so plain. Had to eat with hot sauce to give it some flavor.

I had the Kobe burger delicious cooked to perfection my wife had the Mac and cheese with chicken delicious
I absolutely enjoyed it

Waiter asked us what we wanted on the side with our meals and didn’t let us know there was an extra charge with it. My wife and I were both mislead. I raised it to the manager and he came over and was a waste of time to talk to. Had to take it out of the tip, worst service I ever had at a restaurant. Food wasnt anything special either. So frustrated I wasted a dinner here when there are numerous other options at the casino.

Came here before a comedy show, made reservations for 515. Probably not necessary at that point be would have been as the evening went on as the place looked packed when we left the show.
Service was prompt but not rushed. Our server was pleasant and attentive. As other diners left staff was quick to clear and clean tables.
I ordered Mac and cheese with smoked pork and my husband got the Mac and cheese burger. Food was hot and tasty overall. Would have enjoyed a bit more of the pork to set off the massive skillet of Mac and cheese. Crispy onions were definitely not crispy though. Cocktail offerings on menu were a bit sparse given the size of the bar but the strawberry mojito was pretty good.
Bright atmosphere with a fun playlist, perfect volume as I could hear my husband and our server but not the folks at the next table over :)
Restrooms were lacking though. Clean but too small for a restaurant of this size.

Me and my girlfriend went to this restaurant this past week before going to a concert at Foxwoods. myself and my girlfriend were excited about trying this restaurant because Guy Fieri is known for his flavor, we went to Flavortown, but it was not the flavors we wanted me, and my girlfriend were disappointed with both our foods. She ordered the Bacon, mac & cheese burger, and her fries were all different temperatures. She was very disappointed with her fries and her burger meat have a bad flavor And the toppings were just too much of different flavors didn’t go together. Myself I ordered the garbage nachos and I was very disappointed by the pulled pork. The lack of it and the flavors were not even there. Read the food one star. Guy you suck !!!

I can make better food, seriously. very disappointed. ribs were mostly just fat, mac and cheese noodles were undercooked and it's taste reminded me of Velveeta shells and cheese. waitress was excellent but food was only eh. too much $$ for such poor quality food.
