Great service!! Abdullah was a great and patient server, even providing an excellent suggestion with what should be a first pick (New York Cheesecake with Caramel con)! Really thankful with the friendly atmosphere and service.

The other day I was eating Häagen-Dazs pineapple coconut ice cream and found a sharp piece of wooden pineapple in my mouth and luckily I didn't swallowed it. I called the customer service line to filed a complaint and the representative was terrible.

Excellent customer service. We ordered pineapple coconut, sea salt caramel truffle, java chip and dulce de leche and we liked the delectable flavors we ordered. We will surely go back for more.
The experience at Häagen-Dazs was not satisfactory. Despite requesting a small amount of ice cream in a sugar cone, I was given an upgraded waffle cone and charged $7 for a small serving. The cashier was unhelpful and showed no sympathy towards my request. I do not recommend this place and suggest avoiding it altogether.
