I don't normally like to write bad reviews but this is the worst McDonald's around here. I would much rather drive the extra 20 minutes to go to another location.
I would normally use the mobile app and wait in a numbered spot. This location does not bring your order until the drive through is empty. Even cars that came long after me were taken care of first if they were in the drive through. Those waits for me are typically 15 - 20 minutes.
This time I decided to us my mobile app and try the drive through. Two chicken strips and one medium order of fries. I waited for the people in front of me and when my turn came at the window, I was told that I needed to park and wait. I sat in the waiting spot and after nineteen minutes, my order finally arrived. To make matters worse, the fries were old, rubbery and cold. You'd think that after waiting for that long the food would have been hot.
Sorry McDonald's but you have a lot of work to do in order to make this location at least marginal.

Rating should be a zero. Morning staff wouldn’t answer drive thru after five minutes and manager? At window wouldn’t acknowledge me or apologize for not being able to order. Just shrugged her head. NEVER have hot chocolate in morning. Then buy a new machine!!! What happened to the great morning staff?? Was told they quit. Must be an owner or management issue at this store!!

Twice in a row I’ve ordered from this McDonald’s the first time they forgot our pies and tonight they forgot our pies and a large fry. Very unhappy with this location.
