Consistently great food. I've seen a lot of critical reviews, and find them not only rude , but incorrect. I've been getting ming moon take out since they opened, and it's run by hard working, dedicated people, who turn out a great finished product. You will never find better Boneless BBQ spare ribs or fried rice in the world!!! They do a thin sliced with tons of flavor and not like typical Chinese food. Their general Tso is also amazing!

I walked in 8:29pm to order take out and she said they stop taking orders at 8:30pm, so I was actually on time, also their google hours say they close at 9:00pm. That was going to be my first time order and I live in Ledyard, I will never ever go there and try again at any hour. That's all I have to say. The lady at the counter also had a very rude attitude and angry tone, she was like upset I walked in as a customer. Avoid this place, they don't deserve your business.

I usually stop by this place when traveling thru because its convenient and every time its been perfect. Fast, friendly, clean, good and reasonable cost. Typically hard to find a Chinese take-out with all 5 qualities imo.

We've been getting takeout from Ming Moon for years (more than a decade)... They have always been accommodating and our family loves the food. The prices are good, making it easy to splurge for an extra order of steamed dumplings. The portions are generous. I think we are lucky to have Ming Moon in our small town. Thank you Ming Moon!!
