Think the staff serving is not good to minorities. Watched how the served lunch to other white people was good portions. When someone of different nationality got served very little. Did not like that I won't come back.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Alanina at Panda Express inside Foxwoods Casino. Her patience and professionalism were absolutely immaculate. As the line grew and customers became impatient—even giving her unnecessary attitude—she never once broke her calm composure. Instead, she greeted every person with a smile and kept the line moving efficiently.

What really stood out to me was her customer service. When I mentioned that my noodles were a bit dry, she didn’t hesitate to make it right. She immediately had the cooks whip up a fresh batch, which showed how much she truly cares about customer satisfaction.

It’s rare to come across employees who handle tough situations with such grace, kindness, and dedication. Alanina is one of those rare gems, and I honestly wish more businesses had employees like her. Because of her, I’ll definitely be coming back to this Panda Express again!

We were going to grab food here, we showed up 40 min before closing. Waited 15min to the front of the line just to have the guy in front of us order what little food they had left while informing him this was all they had. We left disappointed and hungry.

It's been a long time since I've been to Panda Express. So while at Foxwoods Casino I stopped by for a bite to eat before heading to the slot machines. For the price and amount I received it was worth it. Food is much better than when I last visited which was years ago. No complaints so there you have it. I had the 1 meat meal and I did the Beijing Beef with white steam rice 🍚. I finished it so that should tell you something 😋

Very upsetting always going there and finally decided to order out for delivery from there. Well got two bowls with barely any meat and hardly no rice. Always when we go they load the bowls soooo much. And ordered out for delivery and nothing. That’s one way to loose business

Have 3 employees just standing in a corner while there is a line and only one person taking orders and ring people out. Should hire better people maybe have a manager train employees a little better.

The food was delicious! Best bang for your buck when you want something quick to eat. The line was moving pretty slow, I’d like to see a few more workers. The poor girl was running back and forth making plates when there should’ve been at least two people doing that.

Food was terrible. Rice was the most disgusting fried rice I have ever had. Rice had no carrots hardly any egg yet it was overwhelming with celery… when I point it out to the server she said it was not celery but she didn’t even answer when I asked what is it then? Fountain soda had no CO2.

I rarely comment on stand-type, mall style fast food, but I had to after tonight. Best Panda experience I've had, and not close.

Staff is bilingual - English y español. We spoke full Spanish today and the staff was pleasantly surprised. They were all beyond friendly and accommodating to my toddler. One came over to give us a plate for him to eat off of (though he often prefers a wiped table still). We were cleaning up some of the big chunks he dropped and they told us to stop. The whole staff said adiós on our way out.

The food is typical Panda, but it was cooked perfectly. Sweetfire chicken and teriyaki chicken with white rice. I was worried my toddler was going to get sick with how much he LOVED the teriyaki and rice. He also loved the apple chips and fortune cookie. Good fountain drink selection including the basics plus fruit punch and Sobe Lifewater.

Best Panda. Nos vemos pronto!
