Regina's Pizza is the perfect spot for a quick, no-fuss bite. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed their pizza! I had the pepperoni slice, and my friend had the veggie slice—both were delicious. Being from NYC, I found their pizza to be a delightful cross between NYC style and Sbarro's. It's quick, yummy, and the cheese was especially great.
The only downside was the service, which I would rate three stars. I asked for extra sauce, even willing to have it on the side, but they told me they didn't have any. I was a bit puzzled, thinking, "How do y'all make the pizza?" But overall, the pizza was really good even without the extra sauce. Definitely worth a visit!

As I wait 35 to 45 minutes for 2 slices off pizza when I went to ask for my pizza they 5 more minutes I ask if I can get something else they said no. Then when I ask for my refund they told me wait for manager now took another minutes come when manager came didn't ask why or even offer an apology, awful customer experience. I work in retail I do not want to write this , but I was super disappointed for the service and the attitude of the employees. Would never recommend anyone to go there ever. I was just looking for something quick. I would more likely get better experience at dunkin donuts.

Pizza was undercooked (think salad on top of doughy bread). Cashier did not want to be there - nor did he want us to be there. Granted, it was almost 4am so I understand, but honestly we should have eaten at Dunkin Donuts. Wait time was 25 minutes on the dot as the cashier said though!

I am really disappointed with the quality of the pizza. I did my due diligence and gave it a 3 strike chance.. but I’m afraid I can’t do it anymore. The pizza comes home so soggy it’s inedible. The grease on top of the cheese and the water from the toppings turns the dough into oatmeal. I would try to put it in the oven when I got home but it would actually make it worse because the dough was both undercooked and wet. I am so upset. I don’t know what happened it used to be my every Monday pizza. It’s too bad ?
Waited 30 Mins for a pizza to be made. They gave my pizza to the wrong person so either get money back no food or wait another 20+ mins so my hour wait for one pizza. Long day wasn't happy pizza was pretty good once I got it.

Excellent Pizza. Absolutely horrible management and customer service. Staff chit chatting while a line of over 30 people waits. Opening late the following day because closing staff forgot to prep. Horrible experience, not worth the quality of the pizza. Get some staff training.
