Excellent Pizza. Absolutely horrible management and customer service. Staff chit chatting while a line of over 30 people waits. Opening late the following day because closing staff forgot to prep. Horrible experience, not worth the quality of the pizza. Get some staff training.

The staff were extremely rude and took a long time to get me a slice of pizza when their was no line and the pizza was already cooked. When I finally got the slice of pizza it was cold and soggy because of how much grease was on it. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

This place sucks! I ordered a Vegetarian pizza when I was at Foxwoods and the pizza looked nothing like the picture. Pizza had hardly any vegetables on it at all yet the pizza in the picture both at the restaurant and in the menu on the Foxwoods app shows that it is loaded with vegetables. I don't like false advertising like this because I specifically ordered this pizza because of the vegetables and was very disappointed with this pizza when I saw it had hardly any vegetables. I understand it's not going to be exactly like the picture but from what is shown in the picture to what we got is a total 180 degrees from each other. How cheap can you be Regina pizza? Unacceptable!

If you want to wait a long time and get the wrong order with terrible customer service, this is the place for you. Staff was rude and failed to have basic comprehension regarding the ingredients on their own pizza menu. They did not offer to fix their own mistakes and we were very very disappointed. Don’t come here expecting it to be like the one in North Boston.

I’m here at Foxwoods and the rooms don’t have microwaves. I bought a whole pizza and asked for it to be reheated in the oven because it was cold and was denied. Is this a policy and if not can the staff be informed to improve customer service?
