Dirty, they don’t speak English, sandwich was wrong and I even had to correct them MULTIPLE TIMES! they are rude and nothing seems to ever change

Terrible, I feel bad for the staff as many workers had difficulty understanding English, and Apparently were not properly trained. My grilled chicken bacon sandwich was not toasted as I asked. There was an obnoxious customer yelling at them and cursing, she never paid for the sandwiches, she left them and went to wingtip. This is in a loud area of the casino food court with the music blaring loud.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, I placed an order simply asking to remove lettuce and tomatoes and I was told they can’t, not there and in a loud crowded area it is very obnoxious to try to communicate so rather than that they say there company default phrases and then ignore further questions. They do not try at all and do not Follow simple order instructions. DO NOT eat here unless you want to sit there looking like you have a language barrier for 45 minutes

I would go anywhere in the food court but here, seems to always be people who are inexperienced/inproperly trained.
In my most recent experience, the sandwich has given me intense food poisoning.
STAY AWAY!
6 people directly working the counter, and it took them 15 mins to make 4 sandwichs. If my meatballs were any colder they'd be frozen! Added a star for atmosphere because at least the roof isn't leaking 😂

Worst experience at a subway. They didn't know what they were making off of their own limited menu. Then they mutilated all the vegetables trying to close the sandwich and when I asked them to just put it in the bag, she proceeded to dump out half of the vegetables. Than I tried to pay with a subway gift card and was told that they don't have the machine to run the gift card. The sandwich was bland and boring. I would recommend staying away from this store.
Been here over 10 times and have never had an issue with my order, availability of items, or the staff. Everyone's always great!
I think the people leaving bad reviews are just mad they lost all their money at the slots lmao.

I unfortunately ordered a foot long with the so-called "manager." And she gave me 2 (halves making 1,) measly slices of American cheese. And when I asked why am I getting 2 instead of 4 like everybody else? She said you're getting 2 slices. I said no. I'm not, and then. Of course, the men behind me got all 4 slices on their foot long. I will never, ever ever, return. She should be fired!!! Trying to make me look stupid and charging me the same as everyone else!?!? Fire her, I bet your reviews improve.

They always have all there deli stocked. And the bread is always fresh and the workers are very nice.
