I unfortunately ordered a foot long with the so-called "manager." And she gave me 2 (halves making 1,) measly slices of American cheese. And when I asked why am I getting 2 instead of 4 like everybody else? She said you're getting 2 slices. I said no. I'm not, and then. Of course, the men behind me got all 4 slices on their foot long. I will never, ever ever, return. She should be fired!!! Trying to make me look stupid and charging me the same as everyone else!?!? Fire her, I bet your reviews improve.

I was on a long losing streak, so bad I had to refinance my mortgage. And, being at Foxwoods, I was tired from all the walking around and hungry to boot so I got into the line at Subway because it was shorter than Pizzaria Regina. That's when I saw "Tunagate" unfold before me. Actually, two people before me ... "I'll have a footlong tuna," said an old lady who kinda reminded me of a forgotten Jew on TV. So, the sandwich artist made her footlong with only three scoops of tuna. She spread them out evenly with the putty knife but there were truly only three ice cream scooper's of tuna. "Hey, she's supposed to get four scoops," said a good Sam next in line after the old lady. "We'll, I was taught it was three scoops," said the young artist in defense of her dang tuna cheater self. "No, it's four scoops on a footlong, two on a six incher," said Sam. "Yeah, you cheating me, I don't want that sandwich no more, you gotta make me a new one now," said the old lady as she was waving her finger at the young sandwich artist. Then Sam said, "And, we want tuna from a new hotel pan, get us fresh tuna! I want a tuna sandwich too and want you to make it correctly, j***** The poor sandwich artist then went to get a new tub of tuna salad and when she came back from the walk-in fridge she remade and made again their tuna salad sammies. "You're a bad sandwich artist and you tried to put one over on me, you suck," said the forgotten Jew. "Yeah, awful person and you should comp us these for trying to scrimp on the tuna!" The young girl sandwich artist was now nearly in tears and she pushed their footlong tunas down the line for the veggies. She then wiped her brow and eyes, took a deep breath to retain her composure and asked me, "What can I get you?" "I'll have a tuna salad," I said as she fainted.

Amazing service, we were on line for a total of 5 minutes with a good amount of people in front. They had all the ingredients we liked and they did a good job. Thank you for your undistracted time, we appreciate you!

A staff member named juqette was very rude. No customer service skills at all. I asked her “ how you doing today?” Her response was “ what do you want” I think she shouldn’t work at any fast food places until she learns some respect.

The staff were very rude. They made the person I was with his sandwich and totally ignored me. When I told them I wanted to order a sandwich also they told me to go to the end of the line. To say the least I would never eat there ever again. I am being gopg and not giving names because I looked at the name tags.

The food was outstanding, as were the prep and presentation. Service was slow and disorganized. The wine list doesn't show vintages, which are important to anyone knowledgable about wine. I asked for the vintages on three bottles on the list. They took 15 minutes to get the vintages and couldn't find one of the bottles. This delayed ordering food. The view is fantastic, especially for watching the sun set. (A couple was engaged during the sunset and everyone clapped.) The atmosphere is quiet and the decor elegant but not stodgy. A superb pianist played softly in the background.

The Vue offers a fine dining experience to a backdrop of jazz piano. The menu has something for everyone's palette and their presentation is impeccable. The setting is elegant. The servers are outstanding, their attention to detail is excellent. They are attentive, pleasant and professional. They make the dining a most pleasurable experience. The food is delicious! We drive from Newton, MA just to have dinner at Vue 24. It's on the 24th floor so if it's light out you'll have a fabulous view. The overall experience is outstanding. Chef Michael is awesome.

I would recommend Vue24 to anyone going out for a fine dining experience. The restaurant and food were amazing. The couple at the table next to us was obnoxiously loud and all over each other. Those two were the only negative part of the meal. The manager handled the couple professionally without causing a scene. Her efforts were appreciated, but the atmosphere did not improve until the couple left. It would have been better to see them kicked out.

The food at The Vue is excellent and the presentation is outstanding. The servers are also outstanding, they know the menu and are very attentive. The menu has a wide range of items with something for every pallet. Chef Michael does a superb job! It's also a plus to dine with live music from the pianist Jack Madry, he plays a wide range of genres.
