Best Subway sub I've ever had. The girl did a phenomenal job. Very fresh and made very neatly and plenty of toppings. Long wait, but well worth it. Really nice clean store as well. Definitely recommend stopping if you're in the area.

Stopped for application at gas station. Was told by the owner no hire my work and me that's it.
I ordered via the app on November 11th. Drove to the store to pick up my food, and the employee said that they didn't have the ingredients to make my sandwich. I wasn't sure what to do, and the employee suggested calling the number on the receipt. It was my phone number on the receipt, so that obviously wouldn't help...So I asked for a refund - employee stated she wasn't trained on how to do that.Leaving the store without food and without a refund, I left feedback via the Subway app. I was contacted by a Ryan G. about my experience, requesting more information to process my refund. After not receiving my refund, I had to do a chargeback via my credit card.In summary, the food may be good, but I wouldn't know because I never received mine. Please train your employees on what to do when you can't fulfill an order.

We absolutely LOVE this Subway, at the Citgo, in Ledyard, CT! They ALWAYS make the Sandwiches, JUST right, paying close attention, to their Customers. The Sanwich Artists are Friendly, Inviting, and Upbeat...We're considering making Subway a twice-monthly option, for our Lumch or Dinner! Keep up the GREAT work, Team! I am VERY impressed, by the Pride & Professionalism displayed, by this Subway Team!
