Sugar Factory - Foxwoods

The food was delicious and the portion were very large, large enough to split or take home for left overs. I had the Sugar Factory turkey club and it was so delicious and flavorful. I got my chocolate fix with the fried oreo shake (it was a cookies and cream shake). It was a little loud in there but I could still hear my friend and carry on our conversation. I felt like we were forgotten about by our server once or twice but he was friendly and professional.

We were seated right by the standby line and it's completely open to the casino areas so it was very very loud on top of it being normally loud inside. Food took a while, but it was also very busy 

While I didn't go in expecting Michelin star food, this felt like ordering at an airport restaurant with the food showing up 10 mins later and warm at best. Food was good but didn't seem hot or fresh. They're a very busy place and while the waitress was very good, but it still felt like in and out fast as they can. My biggest complaint was the table and chairs. There was a layer of grease across the table and even worse across the floor that had the table and chairs sliding with the slightest touch. The tables wobbled on top of it all causing my kids to argue the entire meal on who was leaning too hard on it. It's a great place in theory but lacks attention to detail to make it worth the cost. Even my kids don't want to go back.

We celebrated my daughter's 13th birthday at Sugar Factory, and it was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and accommodating—they even sat us exactly where we requested, which made the experience feel even more special. The decor is vibrant and aesthetically pleasing—perfect for fun photos and a festive atmosphere. The highlight of the night was definitely the King Kong Sundae celebration. It's a must-have! Over-the-top, delicious, and such a fun experience for a birthday—it truly made the night unforgettable. We had an incredible time and couldn't have picked a better place to celebrate this special milestone. Highly recommend for birthdays or any sweet celebration!

Our server Amanda was absolutely awesome and all of our food, drinks and milkshakes were delicious.

Waitress was not as attentive. No silver wear and I had to wait as my Caesar salad was sitting there . The food was not as good as it normally was . We had to send back my daughters chicken as it was hard and not what she expected. I normally always have a good experience however for my bridal dinner it was terrible

Very impressed with the staff. There were two women taking care of the entire dining room, serving and preparing drinks. They were very organized, attentive and quick to seat, greet, take orders, deliver drinks and food. They were very efficient and friendly. The food was good and the check was delivered and cashed out promptly. Overall a great experience.

Waitress was super attentive and friendly! Made sure we had refills and checked in periodically. The food was just ok, the dessert was good, just too much. But that's the point it suppose. Overall 8/10 due to the service and experience

Food is chain restaurant quality, but even food from chilis beats this place. Service was nice and friendly. Music was too loud for 6 pm on a Sunday. 3/5

Everything was great except the hostess had such an attitude before even seating us on the night of 2/1 - we had reservations- she wasn’t welcoming at all- and our entire 11 person birthday party ( which spent a ton of $$$$ and did the birthday presentation yall do- which was fabulous) said she looked and was so unapproachable. We actually had someone in our party give the same attitude back eventually ( kind of just get firm with her ) to get her to even stop with the rudeness 2min into asking about our reservation. She walked around with the same attitude all night. Feel bad for the others she also hosted. I didn’t catch her name but she was a darker decent woman. The other waitresses and hostess were great.

Absolutely overpriced subpar food, terrible services, and the best part - lipstick all over our glasses - no apology, no nothing …..

Cookie ? Jar ? sundae ? hit the spot ?.

Had a wonderful server named Juice. He was super and great to talk too. Food was good and plentiful. Can’t wait to go back.

The atmosphere is amazing! Lively, great decorations, music, with energetic, friendly staff, willing to go above and beyond. The food is delicious and well seasoned. The alcoholic drinks are on the strong side! (Fare warning) Desserts are out of this world! A little pricey, but paying for the experience is definitely worth it! They throw amazing birthday parties, look into reserving for one; you won't regret it!
