Food took forever and when it finally came they forgot my sons order!! Then had to wait additional 20 minutes for his dinner! The food and drinks are ridiculously overpriced for what it is. Not a good experience for the kids.

My steak was not cooked enough and it was difficult to cut. The fries were not crispy enough and greasy, sever had a bad demeanor, manager was unnecessarily rude. Never coming back!

We had a wonderful dinner. Our server was amazing and the food was yummy! He Ceasar salad so fresh. Rolls and honey cinnamon butter was amazing. Hubby had blue cheese burger and ot was huge and he lives it! I had the 8 Oz chopped beef, soooo good! The Halloween decor is so great!!!

The waitress and dinner was great! Hosts must just hate their job. 3 encounters with different individual each time. We arrived 30 minutes early so we figured we would stop in. The host snarky remark. “We are still seating the 6:15 so come back at 6:45” We came back at 6:45 to be told we are cleaning your table will be just a minute. 20 minutes later it was waiting for one last party to get up. Being truthful in that scenario goes a long way.

I ate there for the first time yesterday! Was amazing! Enjoyed the Mozzarella Stick, Margherita Flat Bread, and the Pink Unicorn Hot Chocolate! Everyone did a wonderful job! Definitely will come back again! Thank you all so much for your lovely service, it made my day yesterday! ❤️❤️❤️🩷🩷🩷

Cait was great. Food was great tasting and we loved it. The Halloween sampler platter was so worth it.

Decorated in halloween theme extremely well. Reservation accepted and seated immediately by the hostess. Food portions and quality awesome. Waitress was nice just lacked some attention, 12 minutes before she dropped off water and said she'd be back soon, ordered w/o issue, never returned to refill water which was empty, after asking for the check took a long time to get such (14 minutes). Overall atmosphere and food were great though.

We were celebrating a birthday! The Halloween decorations were enjoyed by the kids! The food was good, except for the steak, it was dry and overcooked. They did bring back another steak for the birthday grandpa but everyone was just about finished with their meal. They provided him with a free birthday ice cream, but presented it and sang when half the table had gone to the bathroom, ugh! The restaurant was super busy.

Waiter was great, food was good (had low expectations, we went for milkshake which was great. Had burger and salad, that was good). Host and hostesses at the reservation had poor quality service.  our reservation was for 615 and I arrived at 6:04, I was told I had another 11 minutes to wait so I stepped to the side and then re-approached at 6:15, I saw our table ready behind her at 6:04. She just refused to seat us until 615, It honestly made no sense.

Skip. Really disappointed all the way around. Wasn't even greeted at check in. Seemed to be bothering the hostess and manager who were engaged in a personal conversation. They never addressed us. Restaurant is dirty. Floors are super slippery. Bathrooms are beyond filthy. Service was fair. Food was decent but given the cost would never recommend.

It was great service food was good but they could've done better on the french fries other than that everything was perfect 

Average expensive food. One drink & two sandwiches cost us $79. 😳🤷🏼‍♀️ If we come into money (lol)-maybe we'll try it again.

The waiter was very friendly and the service was quick. Love going here. The drinks and food never disappoints.

The ambience was nice. The food was OK. It can be very pricey, especially if you have a big family. My daughter couldn't eat her sandwich because it was just one big blob. She wasn't even able to pick it up with her hands because it became a mess.. We opted out from getting dessert because honestly, it was just overpriced .

We had a great experience at the sugar factory. We celebrated our granddaughter's birthday and she enjoyed her time. The food was very good, drinks were ok and the place was very nice. Overall, I would recommend to other people and come back again.
