Sugar Factory - Foxwoods

Skip. Really disappointed all the way around. Wasn't even greeted at check in. Seemed to be bothering the hostess and manager who were engaged in a personal conversation. They never addressed us. Restaurant is dirty. Floors are super slippery. Bathrooms are beyond filthy. Service was fair. Food was decent but given the cost would never recommend.

It was great service food was good but they could've done better on the french fries other than that everything was perfect 

Average expensive food. One drink & two sandwiches cost us $79. 😳🤷🏼‍♀️ If we come into money (lol)-maybe we'll try it again.

The waiter was very friendly and the service was quick. Love going here. The drinks and food never disappoints.

The ambience was nice. The food was OK. It can be very pricey, especially if you have a big family. My daughter couldn't eat her sandwich because it was just one big blob. She wasn't even able to pick it up with her hands because it became a mess.. We opted out from getting dessert because honestly, it was just overpriced .

We had a great experience at the sugar factory. We celebrated our granddaughter's birthday and she enjoyed her time. The food was very good, drinks were ok and the place was very nice. Overall, I would recommend to other people and come back again.

My family and I ate at Sugar Factory after a long day at Great Wolf Lodge. The host greeted us warmly and showed us to a lovely table. The kids were tired but still had their appetites! We enjoyed milkshakes, mini sliders and our favorite - the macaroni and cheese pops! Food was hot, fresh and delicious :) Our server Alexis was very friendly and attentive. We can't wait to return in November when we're visiting the waterpark again. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Waitress charged our cards for the table next to us. We then had to sit and wait for 20 mins while they tried to figure it all out. Still not sure if we were charged correctly. Food ok, drinks and dessert expensive.
