The food was delicious and the portion were very large, large enough to split or take home for left overs. I had the Sugar Factory turkey club and it was so delicious and flavorful. I got my chocolate fix with the fried oreo shake (it was a cookies and cream shake). It was a little loud in there but I could still hear my friend and carry on our conversation. I felt like we were forgotten about by our server once or twice but he was friendly and professional.
We were seated right by the standby line and it's completely open to the casino areas so it was very very loud on top of it being normally loud inside. Food took a while, but it was also very busy 
We celebrated my daughter's 13th birthday at Sugar Factory, and it was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and accommodating—they even sat us exactly where we requested, which made the experience feel even more special. The decor is vibrant and aesthetically pleasing—perfect for fun photos and a festive atmosphere. The highlight of the night was definitely the King Kong Sundae celebration. It's a must-have!
