We had a great experience at the sugar factory. We celebrated our granddaughter's birthday and she enjoyed her time. The food was very good, drinks were ok and the place was very nice. Overall, I would recommend to other people and come back again.
My family and I ate at Sugar Factory after a long day at Great Wolf Lodge. The host greeted us warmly and showed us to a lovely table. The kids were tired but still had their appetites! We enjoyed milkshakes, mini sliders and our favorite - the macaroni and cheese pops! Food was hot, fresh and delicious :) Our server Alexis was very friendly and attentive. We can't wait to return in November when we're visiting the waterpark again. 10 out of 10 recommend!
Wonderful restaurant food was great table was messy and got stain on my shirt when I sat down. But the server promptly took care of the issue.
Lots of kids running around, but that's not the restaurant's fault. That's the fact that people don't parent nowadays.
