The garlic knots are delicious! Always have been! The meatball grinder however was a large and only had 2 meatballs which were cut in half on it…… I think a large should have atleast 4 meatballs.. Good meatballs but the sauce on it was kinda bland and cold.. I’ve def had better! Not bad for the price

Been a long term ledyard resident and the place has gone down hill since the other owner is gone. They use to give samples and the atmosphere was really nice. It’s still decent just not to the level it was at previous. Pandemic probably didn’t help. I order the easiest grinder and everytime I get it it’s wrong and the staff in the back are very rude.

Called for a delivery, was told they don't deliver bc we were too far away. When I pointed out we were only 3 miles down the road, they changed their mind. When driver got here, he couldn't give us a reasonable amount of change and expected close to a $30 tip to be ok. Food was mediocre at best. Didn't even include the sauce for the garlic knots or bread that was supposed to come with one of the dinners ordered. I remember this place being a lot better back in the day.

Literally the worst food I’ve eaten in my entire life. We got our apps and entrees at the same time, and literally none of it was good. The server was okay but I really have nothing great to say about this

This goes on record as the worst meal. Each item was worse than the next and most inedible particularly the veal marsala. Our appetizers came slightly after our meal. The calamari was dry and flavorless. The chowder was also inedible. The lasagna was on par with a frozen tv dinner. We spent 100.00 and left hungry.

Visiting the area and wanted to find a non-chain restaurant for dinner. Valentino's was mentioned in a web site search. Fabulous luck. The food and service were fabulous and staff (Jackie and Kiara) were amazing. Highly recommend and when back in the area, would definitely revisit.

Stopped here because we were in the area and were looking for a place to eat. We ordered a small pizza and weren't impressed. The toppings were ample but they must have put the sauce on it with an eyedropper resulting in a dry, tasteless pizza. Nothing to write home about.
