I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service I received at your Wahlburgers location in Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) on [morning time]. After placing an order using the self-service kiosk outside the restaurant, my companion and I sat down at a table to wait. A staff member then approached us and informed us—rather abruptly and in a disrespectful tone—that kiosk orders are for takeout only. While we were willing to comply with the policy, we were taken aback by the unprofessional and discourteous manner in which this was communicated. What made the experience even more unpleasant was how our food was delivered. The same staff member placed the food on our table in a rude and dismissive way, without saying a word. Despite our attempt to be polite and thanking her, she ignored us completely and walked away. This kind of behavior is not what one would expect in a customer-facing role—especially in a high-traffic, international location such as YYZ. As travelers, we seek efficiency and respect, and unfortunately, this experience lacked both. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and ensure that your staff are trained to treat all customers with courtesy and professionalism. A simple explanation delivered kindly can make all the difference. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

We went to the Oroville location inside Gold Country Casino. We arrived at 7 PM and at 7:48. We walked out without food because it wasn’t done yet. We barely got any drinks. The customer service was absolutely horrible and the lady was rude that was behind the bar. I would not recommend anybody to go to this establishment.

I was excited to take my family to Wahlburgers in TO airport. Unfortunately we did not get to eat anything. The place had one bartender and one server working at 5pm. We sat down for 20 minutes and no one came over to help us. We noticed that we had to order online while sitting in the Resturant. The cheapest of the cheap restaurants have much better service. Take it from someone who eats out twice a day. We will not go back to Wahlburgers. Thank you for reading Jason
