I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service I received at your Wahlburgers location in Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) on [morning time].
After placing an order using the self-service kiosk outside the restaurant, my companion and I sat down at a table to wait. A staff member then approached us and informed us—rather abruptly and in a disrespectful tone—that kiosk orders are for takeout only. While we were willing to comply with the policy, we were taken aback by the unprofessional and discourteous manner in which this was communicated.
What made the experience even more unpleasant was how our food was delivered. The same staff member placed the food on our table in a rude and dismissive way, without saying a word. Despite our attempt to be polite and thanking her, she ignored us completely and walked away.
This kind of behavior is not what one would expect in a customer-facing role—especially in a high-traffic, international location such as YYZ. As travelers, we seek efficiency and respect, and unfortunately, this experience lacked both.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously and ensure that your staff are trained to treat all customers with courtesy and professionalism. A simple explanation delivered kindly can make all the difference.

We went to the Oroville location inside Gold Country Casino. We arrived at 7 PM and at 7:48. We walked out without food because it wasn’t done yet. We barely got any drinks. The customer service was absolutely horrible and the lady was rude that was behind the bar. I would not recommend anybody to go to this establishment.

I was excited to take my family to Wahlburgers in TO airport. Unfortunately we did not get to eat anything. The place had one bartender and one server working at 5pm. We sat down for 20 minutes and no one came over to help us. We noticed that we had to order online while sitting in the Resturant. The cheapest of the cheap restaurants have much better service. Take it from someone who eats out twice a day.
We will not go back to Wahlburgers.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent dining experience at your restaurant. I ordered a medium-rare burger, but when it arrived, it was more like a raw hamburger. It was so undercooked that it was inedible. I made a comment to the server about it, but all I received was an apology.
To make matters worse, I am now experiencing a stomach ache, which I believe is a result of eating a small portion of the undercooked burger. I expected that the restaurant would offer to cook me a new burger to my liking, but instead, I was handed a $27 bill.
As a result of this experience, I will not be returning to your restaurant in the future.

i was at the bar, after a long day being in the National Guard, after sweating sacrificing my life for this country because i’m getting deployed soon, i stopped by. everything was good at the beginning, my bartender, Will, i don’t know his last name because i asked one of the associates what his name was and they said they didn’t know his last name, was biased. my drink was empty for the longest, i wanted 30 minutes before i stopped a worker on the floor and told them that i needed another drink. there was this girl a couple rows next to me, Will talked to her and asked her if she needed another drink or if she was doing okay. however, he didn’t looked at me at all or tried to asked me how am doing. overall, this place is not bad, it’s just the biased people like Will that they hire that only talk to the opposite gender.

My wife and I and our grandson had dinner at Wahlburgers at Foxwoods tonight. It was about 5:15. There were a few tables seated, but not many. The hostess brought us to our table, and told us our server would be over shortly. We waited about 20 minutes, but no server came over. Finally I caught the hostesses eye, and she came over. She said she would get us a server, and one showed up shortly. We ordered appetizer, food and drinks. I ordered the "Salmon and Street Corn Salad". I have had Street Corn. It's typically grilled with spices. What arrived was plain old corn kernels. Also the menu said that the salad came topped with crispy tortilla strips. There were no crispy tortilla strips on my salad. My guess is that the Wahlbergs have hired a management company to manage the restaurant, with predictable results. This was my first experience at a Wahlburgers restaurant. I was very disappointed.
Update (3 weeks later)... As you can see from the "Response from the Owner" (below), I was invited to send an email to the owner. Presumably this was for the purpose of enticing me to come back and give Wahlburgers another try, perhaps with a discount coupon or something. I sent the email as requested, 2 weeks ago. There has been no response to my email.

Wheelchair accessibility: Waitress arranged the chairs so I was comfortable at a table. The hostess had just put me in the walkway at the end of a booth which made me uncomfortable and felt I was going n the way. Foxwoods 9/29/24 Jessica A. - Best waitress!!
Anastasia was great. The fried food was done just right that Goldilocks would be happy. Burger, tots, and onion fries were delicious.

The first time I went there was a gentleman at the bar with great service, the food was very lackluster but he was kind. All his other coworkers were rude and anxious to be done dealing with their customers including me (so it seemed). Both times I order a soda float in which the waitress brought me a soda and a cup with a scoop of ice cream that I had to mix myself. On Tuesday September 24, 2024 I had a question for the waitress (after my botched soda float), she made an angry face towards me and ignored me then went to go deal with her less tan customers. She made me feel so uncomfortable. I nor anyone I know will NEVER spend money at Waylbirger. It sucks because I love their movies!

Best burger for the price around and as for the tater tots, forget about it, I dunno what magic they're doing over here but its a working formula. Definitely going to keep coming back. The bar staff seemed a little less attentive to me but it could've been busy that day so I won't fault them too much.
