EVERYTIME we have been to Material it has been perfection from beginning to end of each meal. Food, service and cocktails/wine all incredible.
My first visit was last February for my birthday. My friend had pre-arranged for the 5 course tasting menu/pairing. It was the perfect introduction to the restaurant and the culinary talents of Chef David. We waited an hour for our meal. We ordered cocktails and a bottle of wine for dinner. All were consumed long before. Wait staff never poured the wine nor came around to ask if we wanted more. We had to ask for bread. There were six in our party and we ate it all to avoid starvation. No more came nor was offered.
