They lowered their quality and their standards. I've been here for 20 years and I've reached out to Rob the owner for certain things and no response. The best place to go is Deeks and Guildford and Niantic. I've never had a better bagel. Try it try it you will not believe it the difference.

Best bagel place around however the last 2 times I placed an order online they never got it and I stood and waited until I realized it was never coming. They ask for the check # from the toast app and can print the order, but for some reason it did not come through automatically the last 2 times. Even after they printed the check, I still waited an another 10 mins… asked again and they were clearly still confused and hadn’t start making it. Today it took me 20 mins to get my food when it should have been ready upon arrival. All I ordered was 2 bagels with cream cheese.

This place has been atrocious to deal w for the last 4-5 orders i have placed. Staff is cocky & rude. Orders are wrong or incomplete. I called today & the woman on the phone couldn’t speak English. She could not complete & process my order READING MY CREDIT CARD # OUT LOUD totally unprofessional and not safe.By the fourth time of asking her not to read my credit card number out loud & her failing to process the order I said forget it and canceled my order.Every time I come here or call theres a problem with the service or my order.Wont be returning…

The bagels are the best in the area, hands down. The employees and the way they treat customers is severely lacking. So so so rude, short with answering questions and always act like you are inconveniencing them. Lots of other restaurants sell Cohens and unfortunately it’s not worth it to go to the original spot. Also the online ordering has been terrible since they started during Covid. If they are out of items they don’t update the inventory so you don’t find out until you get there. Just don’t offer online ordering if it’s that difficult. Their only saving grace is that the bagels and cream cheese are the best around. If it was based on customer service they wouldn’t have survived this long.
Ordered an egg sandwichCold sandwich with a cold unmelted slice of cheese with a precooked egg and bacon with no effort to warm or bake it - ice cold egg sandwich-Last time I go there .

Fantastic bagels! I am editing my review from 5 stars to 4 stars. Their recent price increase is ridiculous. A bagel with cream cheese and coffee goes up $2.00…a 25% increase. Really????

i drove 40 minutes just to go here for my family. Then I waited patiently a long time for my turn as they took one person at a time due to only one cashier. It finally was my turn i quickly ordered 2 dozen and then wanted a sandwich but the lady said she couldn't take that order. I had to order it from the cashier. I turned around to order since it was still my turn and the cashier let 3 other people go ahead of me. Now my bagels were ice cold because that lady put them on the case of cream cheeses. The people the cashier let go ahead of me all had dozen bagels plus sandwiches. One of them had a large order of sandwiches. . . I would have to wait for all of the sandwiches to be made if i ordered one . . . I no longer had any time to spare. . I almost walked out and left the bagels sitting there . . . I actually should have. What an insult . . . rude and terrible service
