Gayle was incredibly responsive and even added a personal touch to the display when she learned my mother was a lifelong equestrian. “Best Pho in all of Madison CT. It is extremely delicious and I haven’t been able to find a place that is as welcoming and warm as it is here. The service is awesome and the people are there are always so sweet and great! Love to how the Pho with Beef, always makes my day better! Their sides such as spring rolls and egg rolls are also super delicious!”

“While on a roadtrip in the upper North East, we came upon a great restaurant in Madison, CT. Friends & Company.
What a hidden gem. The staff was extremely kind and a pleasure to talk with. Drinks were perfect, we had Lemon Drops and the food was amazing!! We had the crab cakes and a plate of chicken with vegetables that was delicious!! I mean really delicious!! Absolutely would eat here again and highly recommend giving them a visit if you’re ever in the area. You’ll be glad you did.”

“I’ve been thinking about Jia Mei’s dry cooked food. Today I tried the 5 Spice prawns which was served of a bed of warm lettuce, red peppers, and fresh sliced chilis. It was delicious, flavorful, colorful, and spicy. This cooking technique is a style of Chinese cooking which is hard to find on the shoreline. Yum!”

“We were driving back from a memorial service in Guilford and ha not eaten all day.as we drove home we drove by Madison Prime and turned around to give it a try. We ( my husband and I) have never been so happily in agreement about a dinner out. The decor is very classy steak house. Deep Hale Navy blue walls with saddle leather brown banquets and original art by Patrick Ganino on the walls. It is the ki d of place you want to get dressed up for out of respect for the establishment. Our waiter Francesco , was 5 star attentive and a pleasure to be served by. The food. We split a Tomahawk steak, cooked perfectly medium-rare and accompanied by perfect creamy mash potatoes and brocollini. We added the Brussel sprouts a red wine reduction sauce and the peppercorn sauce ...which was perfection. A pear martini...also. perfect ND the pistachio cake for dessert, which was made possible by not eating every delicious bite and having it wrapped to go.

I cannot recommend this amazing classic steak house enough. Best dinner ever. A must go and Come back for more.”

Their arrival is always the highlight — nothing beats an ice cream truck pulling up on a summer afternoon. Fantastic selection, super friendly service, and consistently a great experience. “I am a big fan of B & W’s overall food quality especially the variety of salads, especially the tunafish & fruit. Met a woman from Branford who comes especially for their Broccoli & Tunasalad a ***** always fresh. The homemade dressings delish especially the Honey Lime my favorite. Yes standing in line is never easy but servers work very hard to keep up with food requests & always willing to make the selections exactly as requested. We on the Shoreline fortunate to have such a great place to order such a variety of home cooked food.”
