I am a big fan of B & W’s overall food quality especially the variety of salads, especially the tunafish & fruit. Met a woman from Branford who comes especially for their Broccoli & Tunasalad a ***** always fresh. The homemade dressings delish especially the Honey Lime my favorite. Yes standing in line is never easy but servers work very hard to keep up with food requests & always willing to make the selections exactly as requested.

I don’t leave reviews often but this place is so overrated. The food is nothing special and the staff is terrible. They have no sense of time and never meet the expectations they provide on when food will be ready. Regularly off by 15-30 minutes which leaves people standing around with no answers and poor communication. Madison needs and deserves something better than this place and I just don’t understand the following it gets.
I’ve ordered here since moving to Madison last year. They have taken my orders and then somehow just don’t have it when I get there to pick it up! I’ve litterally had this happen now twice! Just now again! And they don’t have mushrooms for the sandwich that I want.....stop and shop is 2 minutes away. Can’t rely on them whatsoever so won’t be coming here again. Ridiculous and totally unprofessional
