We had the most amazing meal sent to our hotel. Tuna crudo, crab salad, strip steak and zabaione; ( custard desert). It was delicious. If you can try his cooking
Chef Paul, along with his Event Coordinator Samantha, provided us with a magical 70th birthday celebration at our home in Guilford in mid-August. We had decided on a Spanish themed menu, to support our “Bossa Nova” evening of music and Latin dance, and everything was just perfect, from the passed tapas and the cured-meats-and-cheeses station, to the two gorgeous paellas with smoked grilled vegetables, Valencia orange salad, and marinated heirloom tomatoes on the side....read full review
Chef Paul Barron and his team were fantastic! They helped us plan our dad’s 80th birthday party at our family beach house in Clinton, and we couldn’t have been happier with the communication, service, and quality of the food. They made menu selection simple, worked in our kitchen with ease, and the team was so friendly and helpful. And the food! Fresh, seasonal, utterly delicious. I would hire them again in a second and can’t recommend them enough.
