I ordered ahead for pickup. Sounds simple. 1 coffee a wrap and a bottle of water.They forgot the water, and when I went in, they told me it was in the case. So, handy drive through. You still have to go in and get some of your order.
Generally like this dunkin. But today i overheard an drive thru employee say to his other employees "don't talk to anyone entering the front". I find this very unprofessional considering everyone should have the same service drive thru or walk-in.

They never give you the right good..I ask for s bagel with cream cheese when I got to my destination it e was a plain toasted bagel no butter no cream cheese I also got a coffee it didn't have cream or sugar I could go back because I was driving when I final got to my destination n open it I notice all this I couldn't go back because I was fat what s bummer
