Unbelievable service staff
Dunkin is falling into the new American way. I don't understand if it's staffing issues or something else but service seems to be a thing of the past. Two gentlemen working the store. One gentleman messed up a customer order. Instead of letting the customer or coworker know, he abandoned his task and went to do something else. Meanwhile my coffee was ready, sitting on the pick up counter. I completely understand that the customer that wasn't given his order deserved attention...read full review
