Place was not like any other cold stone.No samples, out of my normal Flavour I’ve gotten for literally 15 years. Ice cream was melted slop and tasted terrible.Don’t waste your time here.
This is definitely not the friendly, classic Cold Stone Experience anymore. Weird vibe now. Flavors no longer taste the same. They will not provide samples. Doesn't seem consistent with other licensed stores. Flavors not labeled with corporate branding, rather a ripped piece of paper with marker, huge price increase ($9 and change for one medium ice cream w/ one extra add in!) I have been a customer for decades will not return.

The marshmallows in my ice cream was hard as rock. The owner had an attitude asking me why did I need my money back for that. The young girls hand was dirty that was helping with the ice cream and the floor was dirty. This place was much nicer before these new owners took over. Don’t bother going here ice cream tastes old.
