This McDonald's often has no ice at the soda area. Tonight was no exception. After soaping my hands in the lady's room, I discovered the faucet was broken and therefore no running water. Staff is aware of these issues. No signs are posted and they just shrug. Last week the parking lot and outside the building had zero lighting and it was pitch dark. I understand this is a fast food place, but tables were dirty. Order was missing items.
Servuce was slow today. Fries were stale when they came out to the car. Nuggets weren't fresh either. Not a good day at this McDonald's!
