Ordered 2 coffees and a bagel thru the drive thru. Pulled away and went to eat the bagel once we got on the highway. Realized we recieced an old fashioned donut instead of the bagel. Called and was told because we weren't in the area anymore there wasn't anything they could do. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location. Last time I'll be visiting

They never give you the right good..I ask for s bagel with cream cheese when I got to my destination it e was a plain toasted bagel no butter no cream cheese I also got a coffee it didn't have cream or sugar I could go back because I was driving when I final got to my destination n open it I notice all this I couldn't go back because I was fat what s bummer

Received an Ice cold frozen breakfast sandwich, my coffee was incorrect amd had things floating inside and apparently the coffee espresso machine was broken. Terrible service.

Worst attitude of service ever. Ordered 2 coffees and a donut on way home at 7:30 pm. The girl making the coffees was screaming and yelling about how she's getting pissed off that people were in the drive through because they close in 30 min. If she didn't want to make the coffees she could have explained before taking our order.

I ordered ahead for pickup. Sounds simple. 1 coffee a wrap and a bottle of water.They forgot the water, and when I went in, they told me it was in the case. So, handy drive through. You still have to go in and get some of your order.
Everytime I come to this location they mess up my order. They give me someone else's order in the drive through or completely just get it wrong. I went on 6/10/23 at 8:20 am and the heavy set girl with dark hair and glasses working at the drive through window was a completely rude and unprofessional. I sat at the microphone for ten minutes with nobody taking my order so I said hello and a girl responded by yelling hold on Doesn't say hi or thanks or have a nice day just huffed and puffed when I asked for a carrying tray for three coffees like I was asking her something out of the ordinary. If your miserable and don't like your job quit and get another one but don't be rude and take it out on the customers. They need different management at this location and some good help because this has to be one of the worst Dunkin' Donuts locations on the shoreline. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere !

I've been coming here for 10 years, and have never had an issue until today. My coffee wasn't made correctly, so I simply went inside and asked for a new one, and was immediately met with attitude and accusations by a female employee. The lack of professionalism was appalling. Do better with hiring, Dunkin.

I have never experienced another Dunkin like this one. I was excited for their remodeling being done hoping they were striving for better but once again I found hair in more than one of my food items ordered. It was the most watery cold brew coffee I’ve ever had from Dunkin and of the 2 coffees ordered one of them was made incorrectly in two ways. They’ve messed up my order so many times, and I have found hair entangled in my food several times that I don’t think I could ever go back here even though it’s a convenient location for me.
