This is a really cute, healthy spot in Madison. A great place to stop before or after some beach time at Hammonasset. Place seemed busy but service was fast. Staff was friendly and answered questions as well as provided recommendations. Inside is small but cozy. My Mango #5 smoothie with coconut was delicious.
This is a great addition to downtown Madison. If you are looking for a healthy breakfast or lunch or a light dinner before 5 pm, Life Bowls offers a wide variety of smoothies, acai bowls, and toasts with a long list of other light fare meals.I usually get the chick pea sandwich on GF bread or the Acai bowl called The Nutty.
