I was looking for a place to grab breakfast on the CT shore. I found Cristy’s on Google Maps. The reviews were very good. They were right.
The breakfast plates, pancakes, drinks, service, and ambiance were absolutely great! I look forward to coming back.
While there was a line, within an hour of opening, we were seated quickly. Maybe a 7 minute wait.
The staff was down to earth and very friendly.
The setting is nice. Just a short walk or drive to the water with scenic views. The restaurant is in an old house. It has charm.
The food was delicious. Pancakes, eggs, toast, bacon, a tasty Bloody Mary, and sumptuous Haleys Boozy Iced Coffee.
The menu has lots to offer. A highly recommended pit stop.

I’ve been coming to Christie’s for years, and it’s hands down my favorite breakfast spot. The food is always fresh and delicious — fluffy pancakes, perfectly cooked eggs, and the best coffee to start your day. What really keeps me coming back, though, is the amazing service. Make sure you ask for Steven as your waiter — he’s the best! Friendly, attentive, and always on top of everything, he makes every visit feel special. If you want a breakfast place that feels like home, Christie’s is it.

Went in with a party of 5 for lunch. We ordered our drinks and they came quickly, we ordered our meals and they came 1hour and 15 mins later. I ordered a turkey wrap, that advertised turkey, stuffing and cranberries in the wrap. My wrap had turkey with a tomato and mayo. My daughter never got her eggs and yes, the meals were cold. There are plenty of great places in Madison, Cristy's is off our list. I don't know if the other two tables next to us will share their experience, but they were not happy

First time having lunch here. We did not stay in a room. Good assortment of items on the menu. We enjoyed the turkey wrap, potato salad, coleslaw and coffee. All very tasty. Turkey dinner all in a wrap. Adequate parking and nice atmosphere. We now know a great place for lunch in Madison.

Can’t speak for the rooms only for the food. However the food and service are phenomenal. Pancakes are the best thing on the menu without any question. Steve rocks and took great care of us today. Will be back.

The location is the best part of this place...I didn't really feel comfortable or welcomed here... The food had decent flavor...Good portions for the price in this economy!!! ($80 for 3) Lobster Bisque was amazing bc it actually had meat!!! Nothing worth me driving 40 mins there again...BUT if in the area, absolutely would give another try...
Wasn't overly impressed though the restaurant appeared very nice upon entrance. Was served my drink in a dirty glass the dish setups on the table were dirty. The calamari appetizer was very overcooked, literally dark brown and hard. The chef never should have allowed that out of the kitchen. The caprise sandwich on a ciabbatta was nice.

Ordered omelet they put on a different cheese that I didn't ask for.they took it back, took forever to bring me another one, could hardly see the cheese, they didn't bring out my bread.coffee was horrible I added so much cream and it was still dark.spoke to manager she said they made a mistake about adding the wrong cheese. Then said they were busy that they are trying there best.took the cofee charge off my bill. unacceptable. Terrible food, and service.
