Terrible experience, I was told the guy was too busy to take orders and refused to take my order. Also refused three other people in line even though others had coffee in the lobby from Dunkin. Very disappointing. 8 min delay in our trip to just have to make another stop somewhere else.

It was surprisingly quick, clean, and ladies working there were very friendly. Got latte and was in and out in under a minute.

Had a bad experience here waiting on line to order more than 15mins in which everyone where busy inside and I did finally end up not ordering nothing and leave back.

I was hungry during my trip to Rhode Island and stopped at this Dunkin' Doughnuts off exit 61 around 7:30 a.m. on 9/21. I had the most unpleasant experience ever; the entire crew was extremely disrespectful. Despite receiving adequate directions, they repeatedly botched our order. Please do not go there; the food was terrible.

Consistently out of stock of items like bagels and sandwiches. Drive thru often closed and wait times inside are long. Just understaffed and overwhelmed and frustrated staff who seem untrained.
