(drive thru) this was the beat dunkin donuts ive ever been to omg. coming from slow service in north haven, the line was sort of long on a saturday morning but as soon as we drove up to pay our custom drink and food was immediately ready to go and perfect quality. that's good service!

always a hit or miss. some days the coffee is great. other days, like today, the coffee tastes old and they hand you a couple frosted donuts upside down (where all the frosting comes off in the bag). or even better, when the other day there was toasted almond in my coffee (which i didn’t order) and luckily I’M not allergic.

Great staff! The employees that work here in the morning are so efficient, fast, and friendly. Drive thru or eat in, they are always very quick and get my orders right! Also very clean inside! I won’t go to any other Dunkin 😃

My last experience here was okay-ish, the service was fast but, almost too fast. My bagels were burned and yet the bacon egg and cheese were cold and not melty. I ended up tossing half the sandwich because it was that undesirable. Now if they were super busy, I’d be able to give them a pass but it was dead quiet and I was the only customer. I’d Not recommend the food here but still enjoy the coffees

I visited the Dunkin' Donuts location on 9/22/24 at approximately 9:45AM and encountered a disturbingly rude staff member.
The employee, who took my order, made an error and then proceeded to address me disrespectfully, calling me "dude" and making dismissive noises ("boo"). Her unprofessional demeanor was shocking.
As a customer, I expect basic respect and courtesy. Her behavior was unacceptable and made me feel disvalued.
If she's unhappy with her job, I suggest she consider alternative employment that doesn't involve interacting with people.

So I asked for medium cup of cappuccino here this is what I usually like to drink I made sure to tell her I want cappuccino and guess what I had? I had full medium cup of warm milk mixed with some kind of horrible coffee and when I asked why is it so I was answered that this is how we make coffee. Being charged more than $4 for a cup of cappuccino you expect something decent Dunkin' donuts needs to train their staff a little bit better and pay them decent I don't think I'll give it another chance to come here
