For 10/4
We ordered 3 pizza’s and caprese salad for a 5:30 delivery.
The delivery was 48 MINUTES LATE.
We called at 5:50 , were put on hold for 6 minutes and then told the order was in route.
Upon arrival, The pizza was stone cold, the Gluten Free pizza crust burned and the caprese salad was upside down in the box and leaking. While the ingredients seemed to be good quality, this experience doesn’t make up for it.
Picked up a large pizza. They skimmed on cheese and onion. All I tasted was tomato sauce.
WOW. This was the worse pizza I have had in a long time.
Would not go back.
This pizza place is always always busy so if you’re looking for a quiet place this is not it why I have atmosphere 3 stars. Food service excellent which is why they are always busy and price is everyday affordable

We were so hungry and enjoying the pizza I didn't bother taking pictures. If I'm ever back in the area I will definitely come back to Grand Apizza in Madison. This place was very busy at 6p on a Friday night but it was worth waiting for a table.

We stopped here for some dinner and had a really good time. We had some salad and a pizza and both were delicious. Grand Apizza has a lot of food choices as well as a full bar. There’s a restaurant side with quite a bit of seating and a bar side. The bar side has bar seating as well as a few tables. Our server was friendly and attentive. It’s a nice place with a casual atmosphere. They also offer take out. The entrance and seating is wheelchair friendly. It’s an easy place to get to as it’s located on the Boston Post Road in the middle of downtown Madison. There’s street parking available as well as parking in the back. Definitely recommend!!!

I don’t give out 5 stars. First I have given. The pizza was delicious. What really impressed us was how hard the staff was working to seat people and make the food. We had a show to get to at the Madison Beach Hotel. We told our server we were in a rush. She served us our drinks quickly. Came back to check on us. The pizza was out in a flash. And it was so good. One of the best pizzas we have had in CT. . We will be back.

Classic NY style pizza, cooked exactly right. The cheese pizza had a perfectly crisp crust with well cooked cheese. For bacon and potato lovers, try the mashed potato and bacon pie! After a long day of driving we just wanted a quick easy meal, and we got a really fast delivery from here. Thanks for good food and good service!

One of the best pizzas I've had on the east coast. Seriously, I live in NYC and all I ever want is New Haven style pizza.
