Great Wall Chinese Restaurant

I've read a lot of these reviews and they're really just overreactions. The food isn't gourmet level but it does taste great. It's your average takeout joint, but it works well. Most of the takeout joints like this one aren't going to be any different (or better!) than this place. Also, the disrespect to the owners isn't cool. They're just good people who are hard at work.

Worst Asian food on the shoreline. Not edible at all. The place is dirty and I highly recommend you go elsewhere.

The orange chicken had a strange taste. Almost as if it were ammonia. The crab rangoon were over cooked with hardly any cream cheese. The jumbo shrimp spicy had battered shrimp that were all batter. Fried rice was extra bland and an off color. The order took 40 minutes and we were the only customers. Sixty dollars and none of the food was good. The only thing we ate was the sweet and sour chicken that was very dry.

Ordered general tso's chicken and the chicken was not even edible. It was so chewy and tasted disgusting - and threw away the rest of the food. Tried giving it to my dog and he wouldn’t even eat it. Stay away

Pretty good Chinese food for the area. It’s takeout only. Lunch specials are quite generous.

So disappointed. Meat in the wontons had turned sour and the lemon chicken was so dry could not chew it. Sauce had a very bad odor and old ransid taste. Tangerine beef was all dough with a speck of meat. I’m am not a picky eater but this was truly awful. Three strikes now with the new owners. Won’t be going back.

We like a lot going out. Yesterday we visited this fine place which friends told us about. We enjoyed a lovely time there with fine dishes and a professional stuff and a great chief cook. We put this place in our phone list and we will definitely go again soon. We warmly recommend.

Nice people and good food. We had Chicken with Broccoli and Garlic Sauce and Steamed Dumplings. Definitely better than they used to be.

Little hold on the wall but the Chinese food was amazing !!! Combination fried rice, wanton soup, fried wanton with sweet & sour sauce, Beef with broccoli, genéral so chicken, dumplings and crab Rangoon. The best Chinese food I have ever tried in the USA.

The worse food .i wanted Chinese rice with shrimp they gave me yellow rice .disgusting food
