Over all a bad experience and food

Supposed to be open 24 hours got here at 3:30 in the morning on the highway. Wait at the drive-through for 10 minutes no response no cones telling me that the place is closed. Go inside. There’s people in there but nobody’s working. They said they’re closed. Not happy!

Review on October 18th 2025 AT MADISON CT SOUTH AT 8PM. Jerk behind the counter tried to charge me 3.95 for a tall cup of ice water. I asked for fresh fries and was willing to wait and he said they just came up. I saw him dredge my fries from the bottom of an almost empty bin! I swear I was in shock, payed WAYYYYY TO MUCH AND LEFT! NEVER AGAIN. Burger was cold. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY MORE BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Place mobile Oder in app. Waited at drive-thru had to go inside. Was told the 24 hour McDonalds was closed even though the app said was open order was showing on screens apparently takes 2 hours to get ready for breakfast…

I’m very disappointed with the service at this location. I used to work at a McDonald’s back in Jersey as my first job and I would give the customers great service and whatever they wanted, I would go above and beyond and give what they requested. I ordered an extra hot fudge sundae and when I told the woman in a gray shirt, she said there is extra fudge. I told her I used to work in McDonald’s and this is not extra. She turned around with her back facing me trying to help with the other orders. I ordered 2 bbq and 2 sweet and sour sauces and she gave me one of each. It’s very sad knowing what people are hired for these jobs because service is never met. I even mentioned I was going to write to corporate and said it loud so they can hear me but they totally ignored me and refused to make this order right. I will write to the main office about this.

They are lazy, they spend time in the back and they have very bad customer service. When you are open, they tell you we are closed. This is the second time they have done the same thing to me.

09/15/25 / 2:50am. I’m not sure what’s different today, since I pass by here almost every day, but the lady told me they were only working with the drive-thru. When I checked, there was nobody there. If you don’t like your job, that’s fine—but don’t play with customers’ intelligence or hurt the business name with a lack of interest. There are plenty of people wishing for the opportunity you have.

I’m a truck driver, a volunteer police officer, a fire prevention volunteer, and a security guard. I often work jobs—even unpaid—and I still treat people with respect and quality service. That’s the standard every customer deserves. So stop lying.

Fries are much better than most McDonald's locations I've been to. They're more flavorful and not stale. I ordered a double 1/4 pounder and got a single. Not really a big deal but I didn't double check the screen.

Believe it or not. Chocolate milk shake without chocolate in this location in their opinion is the correct receipt.

Just watched some lady come out of the bathroom go straight to the fry’s and take one with her hand and eat it right in front me !
