First time ordering inside and will be my last. My order was bagel with cream cheese that I thought wouldn’t take long since there was only 2 other people ahead of me waiting for food. One customer looked visibly upset and I didn’t understand until I started the wait for my food.if you still want to get food here I would recommend ordering online since these employees only seem to speed up for those orders but will not even move for walk in orders.

Self serve hot coffee was cold. I orderd the Woodstock wrap which was good but seems small for the price. Friendly staff, lots of families inside eating and waiting to use the shopping center. Some tables were left a bit dirty in the seating area, maybe just a busy morning.

I go to the south Windsor location now. This location has become really unorganized. I actually waited 30 mins for a bagel with cream cheese. What was once an established business has turned into a disorganized mess. The staff is nice but they need some sort of management. Also you’ve ran out of more than half your bagels by 11am multiple times. The service is just so poor. Thankfully there are two more locations that don’t have this issue and their everything bagels are so good. South Windsor is quick, effficent and pleasant. Service is always good.

Between Rounds makes a damn good everything bagel, especially if you like them kind of salty. I’m really writing this review though because of one employee here, not sure her name but she has a bit of an accent and is usually wearing a beret or scarf on her head. Not only is she friendly, she also asks the customer questions while she’s preparing their food, like if the bagels are toasted to their satisfaction, or double checking to make sure she has the right cheese choice, etc. All of the employees that I’ve interacted with here are so nice and clearly care about doing their job well, but I just wanted to shout out this lady in particular.
Some of the other reviews mention long wait times. I usually come during off-peak hours (am not a morning person) so I can’t really attest to that, though when it is really busy and I’m there, I don’t think it’s a crazy amount of time for the food to come out. Maybe I have more patience than someone in a rush for work. The price is fine, maybe a little much, but I enjoy supporting a small business, and am always happy with my food. They do have a great rewards program if you like to buy bagels by the dozen.
I’m moving to a bigger city soon, and will have more, and honestly probably better, bagel options in my life. But Between Rounds will always hold a place in my heart, and I’m happy to have been a regular for the past couple of years!

They don't know how to use vanilla gift visa cards.. poor customer service.. Long line and guy at the register just walks away and doesn't say anything. In all the confusion I forgot to tell them I get 10 % off.. guy says get you next time.. on a $19.80 order. There will not be a next time
