I was here last night I wanted to share my experience I had with the staff at the front desk wish I got her name I know she has 2 kids and has been there several years she went over and beyond to help me find by vizio surround sound she made it happen you don't find that too much any more especially around the holidays thank you to her and her manager and 1 other gentleman who helped them.
Front desk older gentleman was NOT very knowledgeable about his work place return policy. How did I make a purchase using the express checkout feature on the app and when I go to return something, denys me a refund back to my card because I have no paper receipt, only the digital one I got for using the app. He was super standoffish and just had horrible customer service skills. They really need to train these employees on the new advances of the modern world because he stuck in the past. BJs, please do better with how the employees are informed about new technology available on your OWN app.
Do not shop here, big scam
Also tire service with 2 lazy guys one of them name is Hunter. He is the most disrespectful person on the face of the earth.
I was talking to him and he said " i dont care".i canceled the order on the spot.
HUNTER is so reciest, goback to school and learn about history it help you improve your a bit.
It's a food warehouse. Can't go wrong with most of their prices
Awesome Store Great Prices! One of my favorite shopping stores
This store is awful. I had a major issue at the gas pumps, where the employee was clearly at fault. Got the that’s too bad, so sorry runaround from one of the managers, as well as customer support. They said they would follow up, but never did. Shocking. The best thing about BJ’s is that their nonsense is restricted to the northeast, so I don’t have to deal with them anywhere else. Cancelling my membership was satisfying.
Often put up on your BJ’s app/website that you have products that are absolutely not in the store. Poor business practice.
Good service by Ariana!
Be aware of those AT&T reps. They don't tell you the entire truth about the whole process. Keep your phones and your wireless provider.
I’m one to give second chances to businesses but this was just awful and the 2nd time ordering a custom cake that came out terrible. I ordered in advance and from their own custom cake book. The lack of customer service or resolution was not there either. Please do better BJ’s! Thanks for ruining my nephews birthday! Suggestions: LinkedIn offers Customer Service courses for your staff and I’m sure cake decorating classes are offered somewhere.

Worst deli meat service in existence. They never
Fast check out, good sales. And prices are reasonable for some items in big quantities, like bread, chips, eggs, peanut butter and pickles
Is it the patrons, parading through your aisles with headsets clamped to their ears, broadcasting banal conversations that lay bare their startling lack of acumen, or perhaps the aimless automaton, confined to a mere five square feet, emitting melancholic whistles and fixing passersby with its soulless digital stare, that engenders this palpable discomfort within your establishment? Or might it be the necessitous rigor with which one must investigate every bulk item’s price, for bulk, alas, does not always equate to economy? These elements, each in their disconcerting way, conspire to imbue the shopping experience with a profound unease. Indeed, each departure from your store brings with it a profound sense of relief, a liberation from an environment that seems almost designed to repel rather than to welcome.
The best and helpful employees
Customer service is lacking at the Manchester location. Long lines at deli with one employee working in the deli!
