I went out with some of my friends here. It was an enjoyable experience. The fries were perfect and so was the chicken parm melt. It was delicious and I'd come again. I also enjoyed the wide selection of sports and shows that they had available to watch. The music and sound wasnt too loud and the lighting was great! Overall, the environment and the food made this a good experience! The server that we had was also very nice and helpful! It wasnt too pricey which I enjoyed!

Totally understand that one must be patient when an establishment is full however I feel that waiting over 10 minutes for someone to show up at your table is rude. Specially when you have little ones. After asking someone at the register someone came to the table and took our order and sure enough they messed up the order and didn’t bring all the food we asked for. I made the waiter aware and the food that was missing was finally brought to our table once everyone else was done eating. Ridiculous!! And the cherry on top, I ask for a NON ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE and get asked for my ID. Never do I ever write a bad review but here goes nothing …..

Chicken was pink, slimly, and hard to chew. Mozzarella sticks were hard but weren't cooked, cheese could not swallow, had to spit out because fear of choking. I didn't know until now that you could mess up on chips but the nachos were stale and the topings weren't cooked, cold as well and cheese not cooked. Overall do not recommend.

Ok I have to start by saying I have been to numerous BWW’s in many places and this particular one several times. But it may be my last time! Our party of 4 ordered two 15 piece traditional wings, two six piece boneless wings, a burger and some apps. I will start with the good and move to the ugly. The person with the burger said it was good. However as picture shows, the amount of fries it came with, was crazy. Seriously the picture was taken before one was even eaten. The apps tasted ok, excepted everyone said the fried pickles did not test good and that app went uneaten! They said the breading on them tasted funny. Moving on, the boneless wings were tiny at best and more like ridiculously small! Im sad I did not take a photo of them. Mc D”s nuggets are bigger than the majority of these were! But now on to the seriously absurd. As the photos show, the bone in wings were beyond small. So small, I would love to know how old the chickens were that these wings came off of. Now I get wing sizes can very. But when you pay almost $1.50 per wing ( $22 and some change for 15). You expect to get at least normal sized wings. In the pictures you will see the picture where the wing was smaller then the mozzarella stick and almost as thin. Then there is the other picture that shows the drum sticks were smaller then my pinky finger and almost as skinny! This is just ridiculous. When we pulled into the parking lot at 1:30 on a Sunday and there were so few cars in the lot that one of the passengers commented “ are they closed”, now I know why. If BWW does not at least give you some type of value for what you are spending on their food, it won’t be long before there won’t be anymore Buffalo Wild Wings! When I can go down the road and buy wings that are two times the size or larger for 2/3rds the cost, why come here. BWW do better or I won’t be back!

It was my first visit to Buffalo Wild Wings and will likely be my last. I was seated by the host, but a waitperson never took my order…so I left. I waited too long. I expect faster service, especially when I see workers sitting yoga-style on a bench, upon entering the restaurant. It was not busy, why was I waiting so long? Not acceptable.

Shout out to the manager on shift today. My ordered was missing a few items and he had my entire food redone!
I loved coming here because it was so close to home and we just love buffalo wild wings but after today I will NOT be going back to this location !! The front waitress is very rude . I asked her for a booth and she proceeded to give us a table a simple misunderstanding could of been resolved but after I reminded her we asked for a booth she responded “ WELL IM TELLING U WHAT IM TELLING YOU” ..after speaking with the manager she explained why we couldn’t have a booth which is understandable but it’s the way you speak to people ! If you do not like your job FIND A NEW ONE !!!
