So delicious, a real treat! The pho was delicious and the steak was incredibly tender. Mix ins were fresh and crisp. We also enjoyed the lemongrass curry and the Vietnamese pancake immensely. The owner seeks to ensure you feel comfortable and have the perfect meal. Don't forget to save room for dessert because the sweet rice with mango is the way to end a delicious feast!

I just ate the best steamed pork dumplings I’ve ever eaten. And the place is being closed by the city of Manchester. They don’t know how long they will remain open. Go there and eat!! It’s so good

We’ve only done takeout here and it’s clear that the owner has a passion for his trade and it shows in the quality of the food and the attention he provides to the customers. Will definitely go back for more.

Best pho around. They're open limited hours, take out only as they are trying to sell. Food is delicious. Get it while you can.

My only regret is that I did not find this place sooner! I got a multitude of different things. The dumplings were soft and savory, served with a side of pickled daikon that complements the entire dish. The pineapple fried rice was savory, and came topped with a fried egg (it went even better with the homemade chili oil)! The shrimp pho was aromatic, fresh, and had a complexity of salty, savory, and a hint of sweet. The most impressive thing from them is their banh mi. I ordered a chicken banh mi and it came as a kit: it came with the sandwich with meat, a bag filled with pickled daikon and carrots, a big with freshly cut cucumbers and cilantro, and a small container of chili oil. They kept the wets away from the drys. The sandwich itself was excellent: sweetness of the pickles melded with the savory meats and the spice from the oil, all tied together from the freshness of the cucumber and cilantro. I would absolutely recommend this place. Their variety has something for everyone. Being family owned and ran, staff was warm and ever so friendly.

Today I came in and got the tofu pancake. It was literally the best I've ever had in my life. If you have not been here yet, you have to get here ASAP! They are closing in June, very sad. I'll be back

It's solid food. I say "solid". I mean that it's good. It's not sherbet. The noodles and spices are family governed, and the atmosphere is OK enough to dine-in. Pricey, but try a lunch special, or wait until you have cash to burn. It's worth it. Wait time is usually within reason. One of the better installments on Main Street.

Soooo good. A little pricey, but worth it every now and again. Love the veggie options and the chat with the owner during each pick up. Highly recommend.

I can’t tell which is of higher quality here - the food or the customer service! Their food is always delicious, I have tried a few dishes and loved them all! And the people working there are so nice and accommodating, their customer service is outstanding. 10/10, would recommend highly!

I’ve had Vietnamese food in many places from New York to California, and this place is as good as you can find. I’ve had the pho and the grilled beef and noodles many times, as well as summer rolls and fried rice, and everything is always excellent. Very friendly staff, too!

I love this family owned and operated Manchester gem! Amazing customer service and super fresh food. They also offer a bunch of delicious vegan options - my favorite is the delicious Tofu Sauté.

I've been taking my family here pretty much since they opened, and my son just pointed out that we really, really need to write a review. In short, it's the best Vietnamese food around, hands down. They've got a great variety of dishes representing a range of presentations and flavors, with everything done just right. The sauces, the seasonings, the garnishes... oh, that wonderful homemade kimchee on the side... Steve, the owner, goes out of his way to be friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Bui has become our go-to for birthdays, take-out for celebrations, and get-togethers with friends. Exciting but familiar, exotic yet comfort food. Some people have complained of long waits and sold-out food items -- which should tell you about Bui's popularity and refusal to compromise on quality. A few times when I've called in a takeout order on a busy Friday, and Steve has let me know it might take 2 hours, my reply has always been, "It's worth waiting for."
