Got a oreo milkshake from this place. It was kind of thick in the beginning but overall, it was good when I buy it again. It's $5.I can't really complain.I just want to tell you if you see it and you buy one. It's worth the money

I was impressed with the front counter staff. The Korean guy Harry was nice and funny. Watching me browsing, he offers me a small piece of fried chicken sample which tasted good.
The service was fast. I bought a boba passion fruit but was too sweet and he happily fixed it for me, with a smile. Sitting down with my lunch, i was ready to give a 5 start review!
However, the good ended with the service. The beef burger was totally undercooked. Should have perhaps gotten the fried chicken - I had just wanted a hamburger…
I didn’t want to seem like I’m difficult since I already mentioned about the boba so I just ate part of it and felt sick after that.
Management needs to praise the sales and service crew and work on the QC on their kitchen. Just noticed I’m not the first one who reviewed undercooked food!

Go and get the sweet chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese (no lettuce and tomato if youre like me) it's the best. 10/10.
Thank me later!

Not a bad place to eat good size portions. Be careful of the upsell they talk fast and they're good at it. I ended up with a bacon and cheese on a sandwich that I wasn't expecting. Good solid salesmanship. The fries were delicious and the spicy chicken sandwich with all the extras was delicious.

My kids like the food there and staff is friendly, but we always pay a lot more than what's on the menu, without being told there are additional charges.

Pretty gross and expensive. Technically I'm not hungry any more.

Boba sucked only went here because I thought it was burger king
I rate this place well. I have had the double cheeseburger with the default toppings twice. Burger was cooked well and came in a nice aluminum burger pouch. I recommend tearing the sides of the pouch, folding the flaps down, and eating from it. The burgers have been messy. I don't take points away based on the messiness since I can eat from the pouch. I think this has been a great alternative to the big 3 fast food burger chains for a mall. Well priced.

Beware of ordering from Liah at Burger Class. They upsell with add-ons, don't clarify extra costs, claimed my sandwich included cheese and bacon when it did not, and attempted to harshly persuade me into ordering a milkshake then larger drink when I only wanted a regular soft drink. Proceed with caution.

The burger I got from there was literally a bubba's burger from Walmart. The fries were probably frozen from Walmart as well with some nacho sauce dripped on. The fish and chips my GF ordered was again something you'd find in a grocery store.

terrible quality of food. Wings were terrible and burger was a frozen patty from your local grocery store undercooked.
