First time stopping, unfortunately it was a sat not many choices as they were sold out which to me is great!! What we did get was amazing, 3 mini cheese cakes Cherry,cannoli, and creme brulee an a brownie and lemon square both so good total was 24$

This by far is the best bakery I have EVER went to. Let me give you a quick back story. The cake featured in the photo was for a bridal shower. This was the second cake the Carlitos bakery made for the shower because I DROPPED THE FIRST ONE!
I picked the first cake and within 15 minutes a dropped it getting out the car. I called Carlitos immediately! Not only did the owner graciously made another, but most importantly, the cake was for an event the very next day! The miracle and patience this woman had was commendable.
Needless the day the service is 10/10!
The food: JESUS! I’ve used Carlitos before the bridal shower. She made a cake for my sisters birthday and some pastries for a friend’s event. The mini cheese cake sups are delectable! Mouth watering and the perfect portion. The quesitos are rich and fluffy.
The atmosphere: Inviting. It feels like friendship. Like a home. Almost like Sunday mornings at your aunts house or grandmas. The place is clean and warm. The display cases are full and very tempting!
Pricing: BEYOND fair. When I dropped the cake she charged me less than the first one.

Not sure why or who runs this place doesn't hire people to work there. Everytime I go its always one person and she clearly doesn't have hands for the orders and mind you it's not like it's a alot of foot traffic there smh. Always have to be waiting. Surprise this place is still in business...must be struggling behind the scenes because it doesn't make sense.

Ordered a smash cake for my son's first birthday. The theme was 'Reeling in the Big One' I sent an inspiration picture and the final product looked nothing like what I wanted. A little disappointed since he only turns 1 once.
