To start, I don't usually like to complain, however, I tried to stop in on my way home from work today (Monday 11/25) at 7pm for a scoop of ice cream but, they were closed and seemingly for a while prior to my arrival at 7. I double checked business hours, the sign in the window and online both say open daily Monday-Sunday 2-8pm. As a potential customer, this is frustrating going out of my way to attempt to stop and buy ice cream expecting them to be open when I am arriving within "business hours" and them being closed. I can accept if I had arrived closer to 8 for them to be closed or "closing". I understand that it is winter time and a Monday, such that sales are likely slower, but I expect to be able to buy a scoop of ice cream if I am arriving within business hours at a reasonable time. Additionally, I checked both Instagram and Facebook so see if there was any information into why they had closed early, such as an emergency or something, but there was no information or post suggesting as such. As a paying customer, I expect to be able to buy something from any business, barring any extenuating circumstances, if I arrive within business hours. I am sure the owners are nice and the ice cream is good, but I wish I was able to buy a scoop of ice cream tonight and I was unable to, thus 1/5 stars.

Unfortunately a bit disappointed.... My 2 daughters and I stopped here yesterday and wasn't that pleased... First there was only 1 lady working and had an order she was working on when we walked in, which was fine... Another lady comes in to help, she eventually takes our order... I ordered a milkshake, a pupcup, 2-1 scoop bowls and then a 2 scoop bowl.... It was $35.00..... I need to remind myself to just go to the grocery store to buy ice cream because I could have bought a heck of a lot.... So we get home and I am putting these bowls in the freezer, the 1 scoop which was like 5.00 was like the size of a tablespoon which was actually smaller then the pupcup sadly.... A scoop is usually rolled and a bit larger and actually a solid scoop not a roll down the side of the container to make a roll and placed in the bowl.... So we will not be returning unfortunately.....
Ask to taste test if possible the Pumpkin Pie before you say you want it, it's not very good!

Our ice cream was so icey and lacked flavor. Ended up just tossing it because it wasn't worth it

Great ice cream! This place is really kid friendly.
They have a huge selection! The dairy is locally sourced. The decorum is very vibrant. The staff is very friendly.
This location is usually confused with a shop close to it, called “Creamy Rolls.” They will have new hours effective September 1, 2004. Open 2pm-8pm until Summer. Per owner, Christine.

Not sure how this place has good reviews. Tried 2 different milkshakes here and they were both watery and flavorless.

Worth the wait if it's busy. Indoor and outdoor seating. Friendly staff.
Dietary restrictions: Oat milk is usually available. They offer dairy free "ice cream".

I live in the area and will stop in on my walks to grab a little treat. Usually there are only 1-2 people working, and it can get backed up depending on time of day. The ice cream itself has always been good in my opinion, but sometimes the prices and portions don't always seem to add up. Nonetheless, I continue to go! :)

I took my 8yr old daughter for the 1st time and we order a banana split. Customer service was bad. There was only one person working and she kept looking at some cards to see how to make milk shakes. Another lady came in and she didn't even bother to help. When we order, she didn't apologized for the long wait or anything, we got a little bit of ice cream, she didn't even do a full scoop of chocolate ice cream. My daughter was very disappointed. We had more whipped cream then ice cream. We won't be returning.

I was extremely disappointed by my experience there today. My fiancé and I asked for 2 kids cups, which we got rejected by because apparently you can’t order them unless you’re under 10. We just didn’t want a crazy amount of ice cream. We then got served a one scoop, which was the smallest “scoop” of ice cream I’ve ever experienced. Essentially, we got served a kid sized but had to pay for a scoop. As I see the add photo recommendation, I truly wish I had taken a picture of the pathetic amount of ice cream we received. Now listen, I didn’t want the whole scoop so it worked in that favor, but not for the price! We paid $10.00 for two one scoop bowls that in total was about a half of cup of ice cream. Truly unbelievable as I could have gotten a whole quart of ice cream for that price!

We tried this place for the first time yesterday and it’s already our favorite and we went back again today. I got the Affogato-vanilla ice cream and espresso and it was sooo good. We also got the lavender chip, coconut, mint chocolate chip and birthday cake ice cream and they were all absolutely delicious! The prices are reasonable, it’s really a not so-hidden gem.

Go here if you want to stand at the counter and not get acknowledged for 10 minutes.

Disgruntled employee upset her relief staff called off and the one relieving her was late openly venting to customers which is understandable but awkward for the customer at the counter. The scoop of icecream was way too small considering the price of the cone.
