10/10 service, angry customers and lots of requests but Luis and Jose handled it like pros always come to this spot yall rock

We arrived to the mall a little before 7:30 & was told that they were closed. So we went to the burger place right next to it & ordered. 2 females then walked about to them & we watched to see if they told them the same that they were closed. Yet, they did not. They took their order & told us they never said they were closed. When two of the workers said they were closed when we walked up. The females & the workers were speaking in a language other than English so maybe they knew them but I was very disappointed to be treated this way. Definitely seemed racially motivated & unacceptable

We were walking by this restaurant and we were offered a sample of a chicken teriyaki sandwich. My husband was so impressed he went back and bought three of them! I was impressed too, but couldn't finish, so I took the other half of my sandwich home. The only thing I didn't like was my Sprite was flat, so they need to fix that.

Solid spot

The bread was overly soft and difficult to chew, leading to discomfort. Additionally, the sandwich lacked flavor, and the portion size seemed disproportionate to the price.

Chicken teriyaki combo always 10/10. Them boys cookin know what they r doin. Only go to the mall to get Charlie’s. Bussin 10/10 would definitely recommend

Wheelchair accessibility: It’s on the top floor. If you park by the entrance it’s a easy accessible pathway to the restaurant

This place is pretty good but the prices are high. Normally around $16-$17 per person if you get a combo. I love coming here for the loaded fries and a lemonade! The take out is good too.

The very worst customer service ever. They screwed up my order. They promised they would fix it and they didn't. They can care less. This is not the same Charlie's that it used to be there. Don't get fooled

Rude and Racist they didn’t add correct toppings to my order charged me then said extremely disrespectful and discriminatory words in their language when approached

Not sure why I got charged $6+ for having Jalapeno and removing bacon from my fries when Menu clearly says $4.99 for Jalapeno fries. It's not about the money for me if had said it in the menu.It's about business and not stealing from people
