Janae WAS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST BARTENDER I’VE EVER HAD. She was hilarious, very informative on the drinks as well as the food, and just overall, the best part of my experience!! When you visit ask for her. She will take care of you!!

So overall it was good. My food didn't travel the best, so I can't judge accurately. But in less than a mile my chicken was cold. Service was fine from workers. However this is the first time in years I did an order and couldn't get carside to go. You have no choice but to walk in.
Also, for anyone who travels. Apparently CT doesn't really do to-go alcoholic drinks. So if you wanna go back to your room, stop at a store.
Dietary restrictions: Tex mex ok foe gluten free. Just ask no cheese for dairy allergy.

Service was great but a. Taller Man who I assume to be the manager had a bad attitude and I didn’t particularly like the way he spoke to those hard working people back there I was at the bar and I could hear him screaming profanity at what I assumed to be his employees I think this is what’s wrong with the industry I hope they make a change because my one interaction (really just me watching ) I don’t see how you have a full staff with a terror running around like that some people don’t need power and the employees definitely don’t deserve it

Delicious. We just picked up our to go order and it was fresh. I ordered the chicken egg rolls with the avocado dip and my daughter ordered the triple appetizers, All was Fresh and delicious. Thank you!

I always get takeout so I can't comment on the interior or table service. I also pretty much only get ribs, and they are pretty decent, but not fall-off-the-bone. Tasty enough for an occasional meal.

Absolutely appalled by our visit to Chilis in Manchester. It started with the bartender telling us that she’s sorry she took so long because a table of special needs took forever ordering. I’m a director of special education and was shaking mad at this comment. It’s 2025, be better. Second, we noticed the cook had a 10-12 inch beard without a net and I just knew there would be hair in our food. I immediately saw black hair sticking out of my plate. I grabbed a manager and couldn’t help but start crying. I’m happy to offer a class on treating people equitably with kindness, until then I will not support this establishment.
Edit- My response to you: practice what you preach. You can have a mission and values but your employees clearly do not follow or abide by those standards you preach in your response. You need to invest in your employees and teach them HOW to treat ALL people equitably and with respect.

Chilis is always a great place to go get lunch & dinner! Their prices are super reasonable and their food is always delicious. I love that they are open later so I always have it as an option for food when I get out of work at night. This location always has the nicest staff as well :)
Kid-friendliness: Completely kid friendly with table top game units.
Wheelchair accessibility: 100$ wheelchair accessible with wheelchair accessible seating.
