Food good. However, my table guest ordered a medium steak and it came back well done. He said it was still tasty. Server was excellent, friendly, and went the extra mile to answer our questions. Bar appears to be less that full. No Canadian Club, only one chardonnay, no Drambuie. Will I come back? Yes.

I love this place! It was 6:30 on a Saturday, but we were seated right away. Our waitress was friendly and competent. Food was exactly as we ordered (and we made a few modifications). It was delicious. It was about $45 for two people, and we just split two appetizers and ordered soft drinks. So it's not cheap, but not much is these days and the quality of the food and service was fantastic.

Worst experience.. not only did our waitress not come and check in on us after the food arrived for 10-15 mins we asked for a sauce and that took another 10-15mins for the sauce to come.. by that time the food was cold. Then to top it all off our server and another employee came out to the parking lot and accused me of not paying. I left cash on the table right with the little device that you get your bill on!! Not an apology after or anything. Wish I didn’t leave a tip! She didn’t deserve one to begin with and then you can’t even apologize after implying I’m a thief/criminal!! Beyond unprofessional and beyond embarrassing for the restaurant. Now I see why so many Chilis are closing!

Hot fingers almost till the end and the shrooms were sauteed beautifully.
You can sub your sides, .50 upcharge (big deal) for shrooms and yes, our server warned us.
Corporate still hanging on to the 90's vibe....uhhhhh. Guys, it's 2pm on a Tuesday....

Always a good time and a great value! You can't beat the value of the $10.99 3 for Me. Oversized burgers, a side and a drink all for $10.99. Service has always been exceptional at the Manchester, CT location.
I have to say I was impressed. Haven't been for a few years. Just came out with new menu. They brought back some of the old favorites and they were prepared very well

Every time I come out to the area, I have to stop by with the family at this location and honestly it never disappoints. This time around the waitress was super nice and very apologetic about the changes to the menu and just overall friendly and accommodating. Went with steak this time around and it was probably one of the better steaks I’ve had at a place like this. Came out juicy and perfectly cooked like I asked. The mash and broccoli were amazing too… I may have been a little hungry on this trip but everything came out good. The service was fast from the food and the drinks, everything came out shockingly fast tonight. Will continue to come here on my trips to the area.
